    We ordered a headlight light, tail light and fog lights for an audi got a great price for all 4, compared to other places that I checked with.The tail light We ordered was right side and we received left. I called let them know he sent me ups label to return it and ordered me another same day. I got it 3 days later. They responded very quick.We are satisfied with service. I would definitely use them again.

    If you are looking a space to lose your money it is "4-Auto Parts LLC". That guy bought a headlight from us and mailed me a shipping label to ship it to him. We did. After that he ask me to return his money because I put my invoice in the box ?!?!? He resell it right the way to his buyer. That's not a problem at all (it's a business). But he asks the money back because his buyer saw a price he paid us and keeps a headlight. It's a SCAM!!! He opened a case against us to get his money back. Can you believe it??? Perfect headlight, shipped on time, nothing wrong from our part. Shame on you Charles!!! Read all feedback about this guy. 80% of them are negative. No matter who you are: buyer or seller just stay a way from "4-Auto Parts"

    I received a part quote from 4-Auto Parts that was far below any other quote I had received from other sources including eBay. I was a bit apprehensive so I did some Google research on 4-Auto and saw some negative reviews so I contacted 4-Auto directly. Charles reassured me he would do everything he could to be sure I was satisfied with him and his company so I decided to give them a try. The part was shipped quickly and was exactly as described and worked perfectly. I would not hesitate to use 4-Auto again and would have no problem recommending them to my friends and family. Don't follow the online negativity, 4-Auto is great! Troy 2000 Saab 9-3 convertible

    Do not order parts from these guys. They are crooks!! I ordered two seats for a Toyota 4 runner. Paid for them via VISA/pay pal. I called repeatedly to find out when they would ship. After promising they would ship within 24 - 48 hours, two weeks later, they still had not shipped. After threatening to cancel the order, they finally shipped them via Greyhound packaging service supposedly to my shipping address which I provided. Several days later I get a call form greyhound to come pick them up, which is over an hour away!!!!I told them to ship back to sender and will be canceling the order. I ahev also filed a complaint with them on the BBB. They are already pretty poor on the BBB. I wish I would have seen that prior to ordering.... I have since called Visa and let them know that I never received these goods and will be receiving a credit.. Do yourself a favor and avoid these clowns like the plague....

    We purchased a headlight from them that was shipped to us. Upon arrival we discovered had a strobe drilled into the back of it. My customer did not want to use a $300 headlight that was not up to par. When I informed them that the part was not a good part and I wanted to return it they wanted me to pay the shipping back on it. Charles (the manager) stated that it is a used part and that they did not care enough to look at the parts before they send them out. This is unacceptable and not a level of customer service and satisfaction that I want to deal with I would also suggest that anyone looking for parts to avoid this business.

    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CROOK. THE WORST customer experience I have ever had in my entire life. This guy is a flat out criminal. I'm sorry that I HAD to give one star in order to publish - this should get zero stars , or less! Every review you read here is an exact reiteration of the experience I have had with Charles Moore at 4- Auto Parts in Kansas City Missouri. The terms and conditions are as unfriendly to the customer as they can possibly be. I ordered a headlight for my Audi and, after not receiving it the day it was supposed to arrive via UPS, I called UPS. They had record of a shipping ticket being created but never received the part from 4- Auto Parts. I called and Charles, who was apparently busy, asked if he could call me back in a few minutes and never did. 4 days later I called again and he said " we'll have to give it a few more days to see if it turns up." At that point I decided to do something I should have done initially - look 4- Auto Parts up on Google reviews etc. When i saw the horror stories i immediately called American Express and disputed the charges. 4- Auto Parts fought the dispute , and in the process FORGED my initials on each and every paragraph of their terms and conditions ( which I never initialed because I thought the terms were ridiculous). T The part arrived eventually and, when I brought it to my Audi dealer to install, they told me it was broken and would not work. 4 - Auto Parts refuses to accept responsibility for the part and will not issue either a replacement or a refund. Again - unless you are extremely bored and are looking for something to do, or you do not have enough aggravation or stress in your life - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH 4 - Auto Parts or Charles Moore in Kansas City , Missouri.

    This guy treats customers like he never wants repeat Business. I would give them No stars if were possible. I will be copying in a email he just sent me so you can see how he talks to his customers. " Why do y’all keep wasting our time with this petty ass nonsense. Everything we’ve ever sold to your company has resulted in some type of issue. 7 transactions since 03/27/2013. All of them has had some type of issue. You weren’t even supposed to be buying from us since the very 1st issue when Phillip purchased the wrong headlights for the Genesis and then wanted to try and blame us for his dumbass mistake. This is the exact reason why we have our Terms & Conditions that has to signed and agreed to prior to purchase, to avoid these types of issues. Now let me get to this new nonsense. We are not issuing any credits because no credits are due. I don’t even know why you wasting your time and money sending these lights back. As you can clearly see in the pictures I have attached of the Corvette headlight, it’s scratched up badly and it was not sent to you in that condition and don’t even make yourself look like a fool by waste your breath claiming it was. We sent you photos prior to sending these lights and you can clearly see there was no scratches at all on them. I could care less how Corvette customers are. These are used headlights and I don’t know nor care about the history of them. If your customers was so picky then he should have went and bought new and not waste time with used ones. The G37 headlight has nothing to do with us whatsoever. ETA issues are between you and your customers and has nothing to do with us. That headlight was shipped the next day and however long the shipping company takes, has nothing to do with us. Our Terms & Conditions which you signed and agreed to prior to purchase clearly states that. I’m real sick of this petty ass bullshit. Y’all can’t control your damn customers and then want to try and blame us for y’all incompetence. What the hell is wrong with you people, seriously? I’ve tried to forgive and forget and not worry about the past, but you people just keep on with this petty ass bullshit. Seriously, block me or do whatever you need to do so that you people do not ever contact us again about anything! """ DO NOT BUY FROM 4 Auto Parts

    One thing is to have difficulties or discrepancies, but another thing is to cheat and STEAL people's money. Yes, mr. Charles Moore and me interchanged numerous emails discussing the item to be bought, payment and shipping. I felt everything was ok since 4-Auto Parts LLC have a nice and serious web page, address, phone, support and everything else. But I still can not believe Charles Moore didn't send the item after I made him a deposit of $35 switch + $10 shipping = $45.00 in total. Indeed a small amount, but he has chosen to throw everything to the trash and not to respond any other email or communication with me just to ROB 45 dollars!! (When we discussed the payment method the emails were one after another, many, quick answers and at late night). He even sent me the Payment receipt Invoice #5114 via internet on June 23 2019, so does not make sense that after 10 days of waiting no more emails sent back to me with the shipping tracking number as I have asked many times, not even an explanation if there was a problem. Charles Moore, so far have ROBBED, have STOLEN someone's money, mine, in your company's name. You still have the oportunity to answer to this explaining and either refund me or send me the item I did pay.

    The guy who owns this place sent my boyfriend a picture of a Ford tailgate that we needed and the picture he sent was of an acceptable tailgate so my boyfriend asked me to stop by and pay this guy or should I say fraud and pick up the tailgate. Once I get the tailgate home and my boyfriend sees it in person it is nothing close to the one that was sent and agreed upon. We have been calling to try and get an exchange or refund on this and the guy refuses and has now completely stopped answering our calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! TOTAL SHAM!! WE WERE JUST RIPPED OFF 230.00 THAT WE CAN NOW NOT GET BACK!!

    Ordered a 3rd row left hand seat for Toyota Sequoia. Was concerned about it matching and having a working mechanism. Received seat promptly, matched perfectly and was in good working condition. The price was better than I could find elsewhere. Definitely satisfied with the service I received and would use this company again.

    I sent these guys the part number I needed for my F150 Platinum truck. They made sure what they had was going to work in my truck. I paid for the part. They sent me a tracking number. It arrived in perfect condition. I went to my local ford dealer and had the part installed. And my sweet truck is perfect again. I would use this company again no question. Thanks for your help

    I submitted an order online , was given a timeline , this time line was not met . Called multiple times , customer service totally clueless , I would ask the status , and they said they would call me back . After 4 days of phone calls in a row ( 3 weeks after my order ) I was told the order was shipped. This was a lie , ordered didn't ship till 2 days after that . The company is a joke, if you need a part quickly , do not count on these junk yard Dawgs to help.

    I paid for a fender and was told it would be shipped out that day. I asked numerous times for a tracking number which Charles did not give me. Two weeks later he started ignoring my emails. Phone number was not connected. Basically stole $175 from me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them.

    First off to prove how deceitful the owner is according to the Better Business Bureau's website "4-Auto Parts LLC is using the BBB logo on their company's website without BBB permission. This company is NOT BBB accredited and using the BBB trademarks is misleading and deceptive." His business has a F rating. In my case I asked what the sticker on the car said was the paint code. It's printed on every car. He refused, acted rude, and cussed me out in several emails. This guy is deranged and the worst human being I have ever dealt with.

    Don't buy from these people. They are the worst business I ever talked. they were rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Make all kind of ridiculousness excuses to justify their behavior. See the email they sent me just because I asked for a photo that I never received when I first asked for it. Instead of focusing on a good customer service and make the sell, they preferred to insult me and maintain their arrogance stating that they did sent the photo. Apparently the photo was more important than to make the sell. If you are in one of those days that need a good insult or just argue with someone just give them call.. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!

    Part arrived broken with an invoice for half the price from a local junkyard. These guys don't even have what they are selling. Do yourself a favor and check your local junkyard for your part first. Called to have the broken part replaced and the response was "why are you wasting my time with this send a picture online" I got it handled myself and will not use these clowns for anything and I suggest you don't either. There is a reason for all these negative reviews

    Charles was very helpful and answered all my emails almost instantly. Top class customer service, fair prices and postage cost+delivery to Australia was very reasonable. Oh and the items were the exact match for the F150 ute I am working on which is a huge relief as returning items internationally is very costly and a bit of a pain. I was very sceptical because of the negative feedback left (which accountso I was thorough with my request, checking parts to match my vin number etc, Charles answered and helped in every way and was very patient with my requests and provided all the information I asked for when I asked for it.

    I was in search of a ballast for my 2008 GL450 and came across 4 auto on craiglist. Called up and spoke to Charles and gave me a quick quote over the phone that i believe was reasonable. After reading some reviews on his business i was skeptical but i was not going to let one person's point of view mislead me. I went up there to give it a shot and in about an hour and a half drove off with working headlights on my suv. If u wamt dealerprices for the same service i recommend u go to the dealership but if you want to keep it local and save you the dealership prices i recommend Charles at 4Autoparts.

    I worked at customer service almost my whole entire life. This guy has the worst service you can find on the planet earth. Hire a guy who speaks a different language and he will do a lot better since he won't be using bad language at his customers like this guy Charles. He either has a bad day everyday or he just hates what he's doing. I don't recommend buying from them. He uses some fraud address to ship his stuff from another name and a number that doesn't exist. If the last thing you gotta do is to order parts from a different country than do it.

    I work at a dealership, and the terrible quality of work and unprofessionalism of this place is the worst I've seen in my 15 years as a service advisor. I called on behalf of a customer, the guy cussed me out, and would not stand behind his terrible work. There is dirt in the paint, and the rear bumper of the car was installed poorly - fitting loosely and popping out of place. Truly the most pathetic excuse for a 'business' I have ever seen.

    This company is the worst customer service I have ever experience in my life. They are arrogant, unprofessional, not nice and have no respect for customers. They ship my order four days after I ordered it. I called and one of their agent was yelling and acting very mean and aggressive. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY NOTHING FROM THEM. They have no respect.
