I recommend anyone that needs a car towed out and sell for cash Boyd's Towing he was right on his time and even waited with us until the people at the tow place got back for lunch we went back there and we tried getting neutral which couldn't get into but he was able to get it figured out and did a amazing job getting my vechile out of the tow yard fully recommend him thank u

I had a very poor experience with this place. I had them bring a container to a job site where we removed an existing metal roof. When I received payment for the material, the weight listed on the ticket was about 2,500 lb less than I expected. When I buy metal roofing material from my vendor, the shipping tickets show how heavy the order is. Hence I had a fairly good idea of how much weight should be in the container. When I receive payment, and saw the weight they listed on their ticket, I called in and talked to a gentleman named Steve. He immediately became very testy when I asked him about the difference in weight, insisting that there is no way that they could cheat, as the weight is stamped on their tickets, not handwritten on by someone. He essentially laughed at the info I had, an insisted that I was obviously wrong as their scales could not be inaccurate. I tried to explain that I was simply trying to understand where the difference was, and that I wasn't even necessarily expecting him to pay me the difference, or to do anything about it. But the longer we talked the more irritable he became, insisting that there is no way that they could be wrong and that I obviously have no clue what I'm talking about, demanding that I never call them again. At best, the customer service at Kendallville Iron & Metal is very poor. At worst, they took a ton or more of scrap out of my container before they crossed the scale. I'll never know. Because I was told not to call them again.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! This guy is a crook and a very cruel and irrational person. He should not be running a business! Signed on to buy a van and made large payments every month and he didn't put 2 of the payments in the books! He said i owed 1100 dollars when we had just talked about me paying the remainder of 550 off the following month. He forgets to put payments in the books and lies and cheats. He said the van would have no issues for 2 years and the day we drove it home we found it reaked of gas. Took it to get an oil change the the mechanic at Wal-Mart warned me it had a horrible gas leak and to never buy off cliff. He parked it far away from the Wal-Mart shop afraid one spark would blow it up and advised me to contact cliff. Cliff admitted to my husband he knew it had a gas leak and he admitted to me later on when it started to over heat that the fans don't run when it's in idle! We wound up paying 3050.00 for this 2004 dodge van that now over heats when idling! Pours antifreeze etc. We signed on to pay 2800! I thought I would have to take him to court as he came and towed the van for absolutely NO REASON! I had just made a payment 2 weeks prior to this tow! I paid monthly large sums of money! A week after we made the down payment he was calling and threatening me on the phone to pay it off quick. He pulled in our drive way several times for no reason! He is a complete nut case! Literally NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM CLIFF! Even after showing him on paper we didn't owe what he was saying he argued and argued until I gave up and paid him another 250 for the title. I had put too much money in it to walk away. What do u do when someone bully's and lies!? I may still take him to court. I'm not sure if I want to wash my hands of this or get my 250 back!!!! I would have put 0 stars but it won't let me.

I called looking for a part using very specific details of what is needed and I get the reply asking a question about whether it's something else that I could barely understand. I asked excuse me, which was met with a grumble and hanging up the phone. Not sure what I expected from an auto salvage in the middle of Greenfield Indiana with incoherent writing on their fences. It was definitely not a mistake to call instead of going there personally. You're running a business, grow up and act like it.

Leah the sales rep was an excellent help. She has excellent customer service skills and also great knowledge of vehicle parts. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the parts I purchase even help me load my part always smiley which is a great welcome indicator felt like home

Me and my husband go to this yard quite frequently, it’s always so tidy and clean. Never have any issues finding the cars. Decent prices although the environment charges kinda suck. Customer service has been a great experience thanks to Andrea, she was very helpful and always welcomes us in with a smile. My favorite junk yard in Indiana would recommend to everyone!

They need to figure out another way to let people know about trash pick other than Facebook and The Paper! One I don’t get the paper and 2 they never posted about Christmas trash pick up so when I called to find out the lady I spoke with was nasty with me about it! Now I am stuck with 2 trash cans full and have to wait a week all because they never posted it on Facebook and I didn’t know it was today 12/23 so I guess Merry Christmas to me!!!!

Decent place and friendly staff. Jim the owner is easy to talk to and help full. Prices reasonable. You can pull your own parts. Place is organized ok.

STILL CHARGED ME $1043.00 HOOD HAS DENTS PAINT MISSING BUMPER CTACKED IN MIDDLE NO GRILL IM SUEING THEM NOW NEXT!! WILL RETURN TO ARRA TO FILL IN COURT THiS WEEK

Very helpful staff before and during my visit. Little difficult to locate using yahoo maps but we got to out destination.

It's a fine wheel. It will do the job no doubt about it. The website I don't understand too much. Looked up the part. It shows availability or atleast that's what I'm thinking.. Its got pictures and dates of the vehicle. Pretty detailed..shows the vehicle it comes off of..lots of stuff. I'm thinking they have several because it's a long list of 40-50 dollar wheels.. even Seen one for 65. Shoot I must have won the lottery when I came in. They managed to find the only 95 dollar wheel they had for that model. I'm just guessing at that :/ No fuss no muss from me. I just paid it. I need it. If they have a response to this, that defends the scenario. Only comment I could say to that is. I would too. lie I mean or deflect.

They fixed our car great. But the man who owns it is very rude and unprofessional. Bruce was a bit boisterous, which is alright. Then started comparing him getting sued for a lot he didn't own to "the trans people not having rights" he goes on to call me a female, and when I correct him, says he doesn't care what I am and continues to do it. My roommate who is actually female and I got super uncomfortable. He continued and began debating politics as we politely ignored him, and then another lady walks in to wait on her car and joins the conversation. She tells him he is wrong about something and he jabs "this little girl thinks she knows more about this than I do!" Thankfully, after an hour of this utter rudeness and discomfort, our car was ready and we left. I do not recommend going here if you love talking to people inside because if Bruce is working, prepare for ignorance and blatant disrespect.
