I am new to indianapolis and I needed a part for my car. They were the closest to my location so I gave them a chance and called. They said they had the part. I showed up, paid for the part, waited 2 hours to be told the car was crushed that morning. 6 months later I gave them another chance. Silly me. Paid for the part and was told it would be a least an hour before they would pull the part. I was 4th inline. Showed up after an hour and was told i was 4th inline still. Waited another 2 1/2 hrs to be told again that they just crushed the car that morning. Won't be going back ever.

They was pretty quick service and had to return a part and no questions ask swapped me out.

ordered 2 parts from Indianapolis Auto Parts and even paid the pull-out deposit for both. I drove 30 minutes to pick them up, only to find that the bumper wasn’t even pulled from the car as promised. On top of that, the door I ordered was badly dented and had been repainted — nothing like what I expected. When I told the lady at the counter I could wait 30 minutes for the bumper, she said their guys were “too busy pulling other parts.” But here’s the kicker — she still wanted to charge me a 30% return fee for the damaged door! She expected me to accept their excuse for not having my bumper ready, but refused to accept my reason for returning the door because it was in terrible condition. This is unprofessional, misleading, and a complete waste of time. Poor customer service and zero accountability. I will never do business with them again.
