Every interaction with Sprague's this far has been awesome. Seeing what new parts are going for, whenever a good used one will suffice I recommend you go here first. I got 4 like new brand name tires for 1/3 of what a cheap new tire sells for. Great service and knowledgeable staff. If you own a Volkswagen or other German cars you know how hard parts are to come by in our area. That being said Napa is the only place that seems to be able to get my parts with in one business day. Highly recommended.

This place was nothing but amazing! We worked with Ann and she was the best. She asked us many questions to figure out exactly what I needed for my vehicle. She even asked questions to navigate the best brakes for the amount of miles I put on my car, and what my drives typcially look at. When I did not know much about cars including my own, she researched everything she could, gave me options, and was fully transparent about the the product's details in causation to price. I strongly suggest asking for her and working with her. She really truly helped me in a time of need!

If you're shopping with them online be very cautious. I ordered a side view mirror with matching paint codes in their provided description alongside photos. Did not receive what I ordered. They sent me what they wanted. If it wasn't available then cancel my order. How hard is that? Now I have to go through eBays return process. It was supposed to be a DARK CHERRY. I received silver.

I dont know what kind of business this is or how they operate without answering a phone is insane. ordered a driveshaft for my f350 over 2 weeks ago on ebay and its still not shipped. they absolutely will not answer the phone, im at they're mercy because I can't find this part anywhere else. uploading a FEW screenshot of my calls to them...all of wich have been unanswered.

These people are clowns. Their inventory shows they have 5 of the specific part I need in stock. When I call them, they said that they sold off all of their inventory. I gave them a specific stock #, which they said they did in fact have, but couldn't help me until spring because "it's under some snow." Had one of my crew members follow up the next day and they just hung up on him when he asked. Clearly not a legitimate business.

The folks here are consistently friendly and helpful. If you have much aluminum or stainless or copper or lead batteries you can get a lot more for them if you sort them out and unload them where they tell you to. Steel and mixed scrap that goes in the big pile doesn't bring a whole lot of $ but at least it gets recycled and is out of your garage and not in the landfill.

We were broke down on the highway and needed some pliers to be able to fix our car. They let us borrow a pair and refused to take payment when we wanted to repay them somehow. They seriously helped us out since we would've been stuck without it!!
