I own a 2016 GMC Sierra. I had some ball joints purchased from here by my mechanic installed less than a year ago. The lowers failed and damaged the knuckles on my pickup which also threw the wheels out of alignment. The company will replace the ball joints but will not cover the labor to install them or the knuckles that were damaged by their faulty part and the wheel alignment. This is unacceptable. I warn anyone who sees this not to do your business here. I’ve included a photo of the left and right side lower ball joints. 08/05/21

If you're shopping with them online be very cautious. I ordered a side view mirror with matching paint codes in their provided description alongside photos. Did not receive what I ordered. They sent me what they wanted. If it wasn't available then cancel my order. How hard is that? Now I have to go through eBays return process. It was supposed to be a DARK CHERRY. I received silver.

The folks here are consistently friendly and helpful. If you have much aluminum or stainless or copper or lead batteries you can get a lot more for them if you sort them out and unload them where they tell you to. Steel and mixed scrap that goes in the big pile doesn't bring a whole lot of $ but at least it gets recycled and is out of your garage and not in the landfill.

We were broke down on the highway and needed some pliers to be able to fix our car. They let us borrow a pair and refused to take payment when we wanted to repay them somehow. They seriously helped us out since we would've been stuck without it!!
