Rip off! They diagnosed our vehicle wrong! Took it to another repair shop, a $600 cheaper repair, not even what they said it was! And they charged us to diagnose it incorrectly! Beware!!!

Always encounter the most pleasant experience as soon as I walk in. The service is impeccable. Everyone is helpful and you get the feeling that they honestly care about doing the best job at the best price. I can't say enough good things about them.Highly recommend them.

I've dealt with this place several times, 3 times total. First time was a tow, expensive but they got me unstuck. The next time was a front transfer case and drive shaft. They had my vehicle for about 2 weeks. I called after the first week they said they received the wrong part but would be in that day and installed immediately. I recieved the car a week later. The parts costs were fairly reasonable, cheaper than I would of been able to source. the labor is cheaper then most places. However waiting 2 weeks to receive your vehicle is a bit long and not worth the money saved if you rely on your vehicle like I do. The third and final time was when I brought the same vehicle in for a broked/rusted brake line. They said it was a 4-5 hour job. I had an appointment set on the day after I had my car towed there I was there when the tow driver handed the keys over. I called several days later and they had yet to even start working on my vehicle. Of course this took another near 2 weeks to get my vehicle back. When I got the car I found the traction control light was now on. It was not on before it was on the tow truck. I asked the receptionist why my traction control was disabled and without skipping a brst replied "It wasn't from us. let me get the mechanic". I knew where this was going. The mechanic came out and without skipping a beat said "we didnt touch anything except the brake lines, that's not from us". I said okay thanks. I knew they weren't going to investigate further, it just wasn't their problem. and to them it also wasn't their fault. I checked a few things myself and found my brake fluid resevoir filled completely to the top, there is a fill line that showed it was filled way over capacity. I removed all the excess brake fluid reset the battery with no luck of fixing this traction control issue. A couple months later I brought the same vehicle in for a tune up at a different shop, they hooked up their scanner and told me right away that there is air in your abs system is needs to be bled by a scanner/computer. This shop didnt even bother bleeding the abs system how the manufacturer recommends and said they didnt cause the issue. It should have been included in the brake line estimate to have the entire system bled properly.To finish this off the owner told me to come back in after I left a review in a Facebook group. Raymond argued that his shop did it right when I provided proof off Google as to how his shop messed up (by not doing a computer brake bleed, should have quoted that in!!).He knew his shop didn't do the work right. I will not ever bring anything back there again. Even if it's for free. They will not touch my vehicles. Ironically he also told me with the mileage it's not worth fixing. I've still been driving it up to a year later NO NEW ISSUES. I don't trust them at all. They said my car wasn't worth fixing. Yet Barnett Automotive had no issues fixing what affordable could not. They also didn't need my vehicle for 2 weeks and they called the next day when it was done. Find a better shop. This place is bad. They can't quote the jobs right and when they have work to finish they'll send the vehicle home late. 0 stars if I could.Also I got enough money to do a engine swap Trans swap and any other major problems. So they lost a lot of business because this is a family vehicle that isn't going anywhere. Barnett Automotive will fix anything else this needs for as long as it can literally be fixed. It's driven a year no issues since the owner said it had too many miles!!!
