Our area have a lot of respect and appreciation for these businesses with out them it make it hard to find a certain part, they come in clutch when you need their help.

These guys are a dying breed. Very honest, friendly, and have excellent customer service. They honor their parts and service. Some ppl need to have some patients. They are taking several calls while dealing with walk in customers on top of trying to manage time pulling parts and inventory. If you can't understand that then it's obvious the problem is you. I hope to keep doing business with RPM.

The people who work there are really nice! They don't post anywhere, but their yard closes at 4:30 which can be really inconvenient. Organization in the yard is a mess, but they have fairly decent prices.
