After looking for parts for my classic, S & R saved the day. For three weeks I was calling from state to state with no luck. Then one dealer in Virginia asked me to contact S&R. I was pleasantly surprised that they had my specific part. It was a very busy day there as I can imagine, yet they took the time to find my part & send photos. After confirming my part, I made arrangements to ship to my state. My payment was swiftly sent & their response was as swift! Packaging was fantastic and parts were received in two days. I can only say that the customer service and attention to detail was above & beyond superb!! I'm sure many businesses could learn more from S & R what it means to satisfy their customers. PS: Price for part was also very fair. I wish them well always, and would certainly deal with them again (If I had too) Best wishes from Pennsylvania, you made the holiday season better. Guys...listen...I'm in love with the Maybin folks!! What they don't know; I work from home and my office is the front of the house so I can see them pick up, but they can't really see in to see me. Now, our puppy, Melee, spends most of her time in my office with me and loves to look out the window. As of today (after investigation), I now know you CAN see her little face in the window, but that's it. Sidebar: she usually barks at any activity or humans/animals out there, but she doesn't bark at Maybins! She just politely watches them. Anyway, it's because the guys that pick up in Cannon Woods (don't know if that changes each pick up day) see/watch her (saw you wave at her today!) and leave her a treat every Wednesday!!!! When it all got pieced together for me, I just melted. Not only do they do their jobs VERY well and always in a timely manner, but they're spoiling the better half of me. Thank you, Maybin Crew! We came from out of town and unfortunately our car started making a burning smell and putting off a little smoke from under the hood. We were .7 miles from C T Auto and within 30 mins they had us back on the road. Got an oil change before we left and they didn’t put the filter back on all the way. Thankfully no lasting issue. But they wouldn’t even charge me for fixing it, on the fly when we were in a little bit of panic mode 5 hrs from home with car troubles. I at least bought their lunch! Do not purchase any parts from this company!!!! I purchased an engine and it stopped working within 3 days. They said that they had a 3 months warranty which is a lie because I called and told them that the vehicle stopped working after 3 days of having it fixed!!!!! When I got a diagnosis on my vehicle, Chevy said it was the engine. Acknowledged that I did call and complain that the engine was not working!!!!! This is an update this crooked company worked along with Juan from Route 66 in Burlington NC and they never sold me a new engine. I’m at a lost and I hope this business loses all of it’s potential customers! Y’all need to be locked up it’s called stealing!!!

Wonderful experience purchasing 2 rims here today. Stephanie was helpful from the first phone call to the time I picked up the rims which were in great shape. This place is very well run, organized and professional. While sitting in the office waiting for the parts to be pulled you can tell these people are honest and even willing to help you find the parts if they don't have them. The ladies in the office were extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

I order from here multiple times a week . Heath is who I order from a majority of the time and he is very helpful and friendly . This is my favorite place to order parts from . I have also ordered from Kerri and she is also helpful and friendly . I definitely recommend Butlers.
