Make sure you need any specific part before purchasing. They will not give money back even if you don't need the part. They don't have a NO REFUND sign. now you know not to waste your gas even trying. Reply: I appreciate your apology which was ironically sent on the same day I called about a part that I know for certain I need from a car you guys said you didn't have at all or you guys don't have anymore, I'll just assume the last option. It's fine I can spend my money elsewhere but I could not help but notice the same day that I call about a part you finally respond to my review from a month ago but I'll just assume you didn't know. No hard feelings but if I feel a certain way I will say something about it. You'll still have customers at the end of the day just not this one.
