Maui was the tow operator who picked up my BMW 750Li. He was not only thorough but he was Extremely knowledgeable. The car was parked in a difficult spot and he was ingenius and creative about getting this luxury vehicle onto that flatbed. All the while maintaining the highest level of safety. I highly recommend A-1 Affordable Towing. Donna was fabulous- she knew I was having a really bad day and was very patient with me. Donna kept me updated on my wait time. She was extremely friendly and personable which made me relax in my stressful situation. I forget the driver’s name who picked up my car but he was great. He called me after I left to come back because I forgot a few things. It was a hot day and rush hour so I know he easily could have just ignored the belongings. Today, I did it again - I locked my keys in my car. I immediately knew who I would call. I did not wait long at all for A-1 to arrive. An associate of Richie’s came out of the truck and he was extremely pleasant. He worked efficiently to retrieve my keys and I had them in my hands in no time. He had all the tools and knowledge to get the job done right. All around it was such an easy and enjoyable experience. While I’m not happy that I lock my keys in my car, I am happy to know A-1 Affordable Towing can save the day again and again.

Who ever answered the phone on Friday morning around 11am August 28, 2020 was very rude.She charged me $125 to take my car and when jokingly asked for a discount she rudely told me to take it or call another tow company.I agreed and asked when can the guy be there since the city wants me to tow it immediately or they will, she told me it’s not a doctor’s office and they’ll be there when ever they can and hung up the phone in my ear!That’s not how to treat a customer. You wouldn’t like to be treated that way at a business either.Service: Car towing
