What a pleasant experience all around. The woman that answers the phone was just about the nicest person.She had all the info and super quick turnaround. When they were an hour out they called to let me know. The gentleman who came here to get the vehicle was really nice. I will absolutely keep them in mind for anything I need in the future and totally recommend them..

Excellent experience. When I called, a lady answered the phone with all the details, and asked me what I was looking to get for my vehicle. I brought it in and it was looked at within a minute. They gave me my asking price. Extremely fair and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

You cannot get through to anyone. I have been trying since last week. Today, someone does answer and keeps hanging up the phone! How am I to know if you have what I want if I cannot reach anyone, or more rudely - I keep getting hung up on. I have left voicemails and have never gotten a return call. Maybe face to face interactions are better than they're secretarial skills and professionalism on the phone and store front side. Or, they don't want/need business ? ?
