Drove 2 hrs to pick up a Transmission i saw on car-part.com. Realized when i got it back to my shop the pan was smashed in. Upon removing pan realized most internal parts including solenoids, valve body, etc were crushed. Called six times and sent several photos and was told by guy on phone a refund would be mailed to my place of business. On last call after threatening legal action was cussed out by owner. Law suit pending. Buyer beware.

This place is a complete joke. We have spent an ungodly awful amount of time with a manager on the phone who refuses to listen and just talks over us. He has now hung up, put us on hold and made us call back multiple times. As we have now asked multiple times to give us the owner and refuses to. Thats who the owner has representing his company. We have got a motor that was bad twice in a row. After the second one being bad the manger then blocks our number from his personal phone and refuses to answer the office phone when we call. Trying to get this solved and get a refund after months have went by of trying to chase these people down as they are avoiding our phone calls. (This place is far distance away otherwise we would be at their door step.) The manager gives all these excuses in the book as to why we can’t have a refund because of lapse time gone by and no contact. The no contact is because the manager blocked our number and was dodging our calls on the office line. Now that a good amount of time goes by he doesn’t recognize the number and picks up. Nothing was resolved. Just lots of yelling from him and going in circles lying and making things up as to why he can’t refund the money. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with the company. I understand things happen and we got a bad motor. Then a second one and then after that they ghost you.. That’s unacceptable and I would never do any business with this company again.

I'll be honest...BCUAP has had what I have always looked for and their prices are pretty good. A tailgate that usually goes for $400 to $500 was $250. A transmission that goes for $1,000 was $600 and had no issues with it. Anyone can have issues with anyone, I get it. Personally, I've been happy going here.
