Ace Auto was wonderful to work with and I so appreciate how our "delicate" situation was handled. My elderly father's final vehicle was on its last leg - having been scammed by a local shop who declared another $3K to pass inspection (the same issues gone bad in only 59 miles driven that they fixed two years prior). The choice was pay them or declare the end of the van. It was more than 30+ years old - and we knew other problems were just around the corner. And its hard to sell a vehicle that now has $3K worth of repairs on file with an inspection. The offer from Ace fair and the paperwork was easy - all by text. The pickup was handled with kindness and professionalism at such an emotional time for my father who looked at the van and saw nothing but the wonderful times of fishing trips, family gatherings and just getting away from the grind. I got one last picture as he said good-bye - all with Ace working quietly in the background and allowing his final pat on the fender as his past rolled onto the tow truck.
