Not even one star. I called looking to buy a quantity of parts for my car. But the guy on the phone said they don't sell out to the public, only to mechanics. Tell me if I'm wrong, even tho I used to buy parts from here. Guess they changed their policies. Dude tried sending me to advance auto parts saying they were a partnered location under a different name. Guy probably didn't want to look up the part on his computer... hope they go out of business

Check your expectations - this is not a walk in layman customer friendly place. This is mostly a parts distributor for professional mechanics that are kind enough to sell to individuals. Do not expect it to be anything like walking into an AutoZone or Pep boys - different kind of place completely.I was shocked when they were able to get me some pretty obscure parts for a 50 year old Porsche within 12 hours. I'm completely satisfied with this business.

Delivery drivers are so snotty, just because of parking they think its okay to give the customers attitude and think its okay to park wherever they want disregarding not only traffic, but the people around them! Super unprofessional will not purchase from them until further notice, they need to really clean up their act! Or their employees, this is a terrible outlook for a company as big as API
