Time is money. the lineup was totally unesasary they should have a scale attendant on each side. going and coming the dump area was empty. And yet the line was long. Doesn't make sense. get another attendant and get this landfill running efficiently

Recent upgrades to roadways, as well as redirection of commercial vehicles, gives improved access and space to all patrons. The recycling area being separate from the landfill is convenient. It's open pretty much all the time, even when landfill is closed. Also, if you only have recycling, you don't have to wait in a line (if there is one). Efficient staff keep the vehicles moving smoothly and are well mannered and informed. Visible safety procedures are always in place and utilized. Just don't try to remove someone else's refuse - you'll get in trouble for that!

Scales are incredibly slow! Line up to come in line up to leave. Plan on waiting quite awhile regardless of when you come...

Always a pain to deal with, I've brought drywall there numerous times from the same house it's literally just a gamble if they take it or not. Even with tags and barcode and stampGoofy steel bars in front of roll off bins when off loading that get in the way.Not allowed to use dump trailers.I only go here out of convenience

It is difficult to know what to do because signs aren't well placed. Unless you have gone with somebody who has been there before..maybe if I were driving I would have noticed some instructive signage. Anyways, when my mom and I finally made it to where we are supposed to toss things over a high bar fenced into the dumpster below...we asked one of the many employees who seemed like they were there, ready to help patrons with getting the job done. Now I normally would not need to ask for help, but it was our bbq after I dismantled it and some pieces were heavy (my mom is 78 and I am a diabetic with a heart condition and not much stamina so I didn't want to do too much just in case) I asked for help and was told that it is "illegal for us to help anyone" uhhh. What ??! I thought to myself what would happen if me or the elderly or a teenager who is clearly struggling ...what happens if we get hurt on their property? It just seemed odd to me to have so many employees standing around being of assistance... bit of a waste to have so many on shift? I don't know... It annoyed me and would have appreciated the fact that employees are barred, by law, to help you, posted at the top of their webpage or a review saying so, so I wouldn't need to have wasted the trip! lol.
