The gentleman here are friendly. I had called on my way to Victoria to pick up a Mercedes fender. They had it off in an instant and even washed it. By far one of the cleanest auto recycling facilities I have seen. Great prices as well. Don't believe all the Google trolls. Best to check out a place for yourself. What's that old adage? You gotta see it to believe it. Well this is definitely the case here. Thanks gentleman.

I once had a good experience buying a transmission from here from Rob for a great price. Today was not the same experience.I spoke with an employee on facebook marketplace with regards to a Mitsubishi Ralliart Lancer. The uneducated staff members guaranteed that they had a steering wheel and airbag for this model of car. When I got there they tried to sell me a Base Lancer steering whee which is a completely different steering wheel.Not only did they try to knowingly sell me a part which was different than described, but also they would not apologize or acknowledge their mistake on the situation.Their POS computer systems are missing a whole category of the ralliart sections of lancers. They divide the lancers by “evo” and “non-evo”. Any mitsubishi car enthusiast will tell you that the evo and ralliart share steering wheels. That goes with many other shared parts such as the 4b11t engine.Very dishonest company. Buyers beware when attempting to buy parts from here. Please check that all your parts are accurate to what you think you need.In my case they lured me into the store using parts they stated they had but they did not, just to try to sell me a lower quality part. The person I was speaking to felt too embarrassed by the situation to give me his name. The owner also handled it in an unprofessional matter. If you must come in to this shop, I would only trust Rob.If this is an honest computer system mistake on your end, please make sure you adjust it accordingly and do your research.You have lost a customer.

Very poor experience. Bought a sunroof.... guaranteed to be in good working order....spent over 1000 in labour to find out it was fully nonfunctional....although I got a refund I felt the need to post a review because they should have tested it before sending it out....every other shop I contacted said we won't sell it without testing it. Was a painful experience. Huge waste of time and energy for myself and my mechanic that easily could have been avoided.In the end they offered a credit....I'll let it slide

Full service yard that will take care of you if you don't know how to repair your own vehicle. Prices seem to be fair and industry standard. Knowledgeable staff (Rob in sales has 30+ years experience weather he wants to admit it or not!) . Parts are as described . Done business on several occasions & will continue to .

I had a terrible experience with the men that work there. I was searching for a taillight circuit board for my car. Brad charged me $112 for the circuit board and before paying I said wow that's one expensive circuit board, to which he replied that I would have a hard time finding one cheaper. So when I left I looked into this further and Empire Auto in Abbotsford told me they would charge $20 and give me both circuit boards. They told me they could pick the part and it would be ready shortly because it is very simple to access and remove the circuit boards. I called Super right away for an explanation and was very rudely told that they pay their guys good money to go pick the part. They ended up taking the board back after fighting with them but still charging me $50 for their guys to pick the part. Don't recommend them to anyone. Go to Empire in Abbotsford they were awesome and provided excellent service.

These guys are great. Super helpful, and always ready to help. They've got a big lot with tons of parts and vehicles to choose from. I'll definitely recommend my friends here. Thanks again guys!
