Always friendly, and more than willing to help. Sometimes there is a wait when alot of trucks are trying to get on the scales. Not the employees fault. I think they run things pretty smooth.

from my experience the women in the office were sweet and polite. back in, green light, unload and pull out.

The secretary Amanda, is the most rude woman I have EVER encountered in my life. She was hiding upstairs in the office. I simply knocked on the door and yelled hello anyone there? She came storming down the stairs with a terrible nasty attitude said she had 1000 other things going on. There is absolutely no one here. All the yard workers are sitting around smoking cigs and my husband and I were the only customers here. The foreman Henry was very helpful and went above and beyond to help accommodate my husband and myself but the secretary Amanda was absolutely horrid. She really does not need to work with the public and was told this isnt the first complaint she has had on Completely disrespected me. I work in the customer service industry and if i was to treat a customer like that I would be fired. I even said to her why are you still screaming raising your voice we are adults here?? I told her if she hated her job she needed to find another.

Fast and friendly service,fair prices will be back.

They have a couple of the rudest employees I've ever encountered. They act like they hate life. shouldnt be working there.

Faster today then normal. Not best setup for weighing in/off loading. Everytime I go here I hope they don't have 1 of their trucks loading because unlike most junkyards I've been to where if loads are coming in they move their trucks out of the way to get more loads of metal in. This company will make you wait for several hours at times while they load trucks to haul metal away even if your in line waiting before a truck shows up to haul a load out. Woman behind counter typically has an attitude towards those with trailers.

We used these guys for a recent multi week recycling project in White Sulphur Springs. Cody responded promptly to our initial request for help and offered a fair price with no BS. Cody responded to all emails and phone calls promptly and also provided timely pickups and drop offs. He was very flexible in working with our schedule.I do not usually write reviews, however I was very impressed with the customer service. I highly recommend Cody and Barkers. We will use them again if we ever have another project in the area. Thanks again for all of your help.
