Fast Friendly service,She was able to guide me through a title issue.easy scheduling, and the driver was on time. Quick easy paperwork! One of the smoothest business transactions I've had in a while! To start off I've never been to Bessler's You Pull and Save Louisville before this trip. I walked in and told " Steve M" I was looking for a rim for my car and paid the $3 fee. It was $15.74 for the rim and charged a $3.25 core charge. "Steve M" said they offer a money back warranty for a dollar a day and because of an issue I had by trying to buy one once before I paid $5 for 5 days in case it didn't work out. The rim I had had a dry rotted Tire with no tread on it. I told "Steve M" the tire wasn't worth nothing and I didn't need the tire when I was checking out and he charged me $13.99 as a discount on the tire. I figured that once I got the tire changed off ,since I paid for the warranty I could return the unneeded and unusable Tire. When I tried to return it "Steve M" said they don't take Returns on tires. and they have a tire removal machine I could have used. When I told him the tire was junk and all I needed was a rim he never offered to let me know they had the machine. So "Steve M" evidently was knowingly ripping me off for $13.99 So do yourself a favor and go to Pull-A-Part instead I bought a rim with a tire on it for $30 instead of the $42.73 that Steve M charged me at Besslers U Pull & Save.

For years my business has used Bessler for used parts. Recently we ordered a transfer case, which we were told was coming from another yard. We placed this order on Monday 2/5 /24 and we were told expect it Wednesday 2/7. Wednesday came, we were told it was still at the other yard, we'd have it early Thursday. Thursday we called at 9am. After 2 hours of waiting for a call back to check status, we were told it didn't make the truck again. We'd have to wait until Friday, we were promised early delivery on Friday. We reminded sales that we close at 2pm on Fridays. Friday, today, 2/9, we were again told it didn't make the truck. A call back later told us it was put on a courier truck, and would be to us shortly. This was the first we'd heard of it being in North KY. Had we known this, we could have dispatched our own driver or employee on Thursday to get the part. Friday 1:55pm, we were told the courier had the part but it didn't leave the NKY location until 1245! We have no flexibility with our closing times as we have kids to get from school, with no after school care options. 2pm we closed for the day with no part. This part is a transfer case for a GMC, our customer is from out of town, and in a rental car. Based on the time-line I was originally given, the vehicle was promised back to the customer by 2/8/24. We still don't have parts from Bessler. I now have an irate customer, upset he's in a rental, needed to travel here to return it and get his car, and then travel for a funeral this weekend, he and his family are now looking at minimum 4 more days rental car, plus travel back here. To make this worse for me, not only does this look bad on me as a business owner but, this customer was a referral from the staff at my church. Now, not only do I look bad as a business owner, but this also reflects poorly on me with my friends and church members whom my family are very close with. Anyone who knows or who has worked with me knows I'm extremely easy going, but there are 3 things that will get under my skin, and when I've had enough, someone is catching all hades for it. Bad service, being lied to, being called a liar. I've now had all the bad service I can stand. I've been lied to about my delivery three times, and I have a customer who thinks I'm a liar and will surely share that with people who up until now I'd like to believe held me in high regard. Needless to say, this is costing me more than money as a business owner, it's costing me reputation within my community, something I rely heavily on. So, one star Bessler, I'd leave zero if Google would let me. This will be the last business you get from my business.

Crooks! Had to pay 6.00 to go in their lot. Was told I could return if it did not fit my car.. when I returned it today because it was not the right part they would not give me my money back. Instead gave me a in-store credit. Why would I want an in-store credit when they may never have the part that I need I would stay clear of this business since they rip people off.

This is the best experience I've had at a u-pull. The guy at the front was extremely helpful. The part I needed was somewhat rare, yet I found it. Their rows are clearly marked and the guy gave me a list of rows where I could find the vehicles that had my part. This place is excellent.

I call there looking for some parts for my car, and talk to a guy very friendly but not competent, he created an account for me, asked for my address and told me that i could pick it up next day, and when i get there the guy was in Ohio and I was in Louisville and also he gave me a wrong price,for the piece I really needed they were asking 70 dollars more expensive than the new one on Ebay plus it will take 3 day to have it. I give them 2 stars just because he was very nice. But they are overpricing

Very friendly staff and much better organization than other yards in Louisville. I have been to Pull-a-Part on Recovery Road and while the staff is helpful there too, the cars are barely recognizable with most parts already gone.

It's a good place but seeing that it doesn't cost anything more for them to have their products there I don't understand why we had to pay an extra dollar for entry. Why is it $3 now? Makes no sense. I can understand the stores raising up their prices since trucks have to bring stuff to them but you guys typically get your vehicles from consumers that are bringing them via tow truck and you don't pay for the tow truck so I'm not understanding why that extra dollar. I think it's greed I think it's you're seeing everyone else do it so you want to do it too type of thing I mean it's cool just tell us why. Because I don't think boulevard is doing that and I don't think pick pull save is doing that. Pardon me if I'm being Patty I just really would like to know since if we walked up to the counter with a part and you said it was $19 and we only had 18 I seriously doubt that we'd be able to walk out with it so apparently the dollar matters.
