He was prompt, kept in great communication to know when he would be arriving, and was patient when my car had some challenges. GC's was very professional. The young woman I spoke to on the phone was very sweet. The tow truck driver was patient because the raggidy car that I sold to them was giving him problems getting on the flatbed but he worked it out. I will definitely do business with them again. Stacy from GC’s was the best! He called when he was on his way, gave me a time estimate and arrived right on time. Managed to get our junk car out of an almost impossible spot with an extremely narrow driveway. He was great to work with, and was extremely nice. Will be recommending GC’s and (Stacy especially) again! Office staff when I called to schedule was great as well, managed to get my car picked up next business day after calling.

Amazing experience. I’m horrible with names but believe it was Arlene that I initially spoke with and she was nice as can be. My totaled car was picked up the next day and again horrible with names but the person who picked it up was as friendly as can be also. Highly recommend and thank you all!!
