Though I did not directly use black sheep this time I was referred to them for roadside assistance through Volkswagen roadside, who had informed me that my info and case was put through to black sheep along with my contact information. I was told they had spoken to black sheep and they would be getting a hold of me and try to get my car the night I called, or by 11am the next day if they couldn't get around to it. Understandable during these peak times for tow companies, however it's been about 5 days and I still haven't even heard so much as a "sorry we've been slammed and we haven't forgotten about you" from them so hopefully this is an acceptable circumstance that I can freely leave my review and opinion this time. What a joke. Don't worry the car was driven to the dealership practically falling apart with risk of further damage because there was no other choice and I was left hanging and forgotten about.

When Chris dropped off my car he learned that my husbands vehicle's battery had died and right away offered to give us a jump. After what I can only imagine had been a very long day for Chris (it was 9pm and probably one of the coldest days of December) he offered to help us out in what had been a very trying 24 hours for us. I called for a tow and an hour later AJ arrived, once he was there it took him all of MAYBE 1/2 an hour to hook up my car, drive it to where I needed it and then unhook.Very quick, very kind and even gave me some advice on what could be happening with my car.You can either pay cash or with a credit card and it was a very affordable rate! :DAJ was very helpful and I will absolutely be recommending him and Black Sheep Towing to my friends and family.**UPDATE**Once again I needed a tow and Black Sheep Towing was amazing.
