Edit: Jellison's, Rite Away Auto, and French Lake Auto Parts are some more junkyards to patronize instead of St. Francis. St. Francis responded with a bunch of absolute bull. Really shows their lack of integrity when they have to lie in response to negative reviews. Guess the owner forgot about his long "supply and demand" rant where he openly admitted to raising the price on me. It would have been more professional for them to just respond with "F-U" than with these obvious, blatant lies. To St. Francis: Hire a PR team. You obviously are incapable of interacting with customers. Original review: Tl;dr: They don't honor quotes. They'll give you a number, then jack up the price when you actually try to buy the part, betting that you'll be too deep into the process to call them out and turn back. If you do call them out, the owner literally yells at you. Shop at U-Pull-R-Parts or Facebook Marketplace instead if you have any self-worth. Very dishonest behavior. Got a quote from them, and then they went back on it and changed the price multiple times. The price increased by almost 2x the original quote. They had a lot of excuses as to why the original quote wasn't valid. They told me the quote expired because it was placed a week ago, then, when I brought up a different quote I had gotten earlier that day for the same price as the initial quote, they told me that one didn't count because they didn't give me a quote number. Not because I lost the number, but because they didn't give it to me in the first place. However, they didn't give me a quote number with the new quote, either, but apparently that one holds valid. When I asked them "So you basically just don't honor quotes?", the owner gave me a long rant about supply and demand, openly admitting that he looked up which vehicle the part came from and realized he was the only one within 100 miles with the part, so he jacked up the price. Got it on Facebook Marketplace instead, like any sensible person would. Only paid $40 vs the $236 St. Francis Auto Parts wanted. Was perfectly willing to pay the $120 originally quoted, but alas. Here's your economics lesson; if you jack up your prices and yell at your customers, you're losing your customers. Only shop here if you don't value your time or your money. U-Pull-R-Parts in Rosemount or East Bethel are far more ethical junkyards with a far better selection, and when all else fails, trolling Facebook Marketplace for a week or so will usually get you what you want. No need to give your money to dishonest salespeople such as these.

St. Francis Auto Parts was great to deal with. I inquired about a rear axle assembly because the picture of the door tag indicated it was a different rear axle than what was listed. They allowed me to enter their yard and inspect the vehicle to make sure it was in fact what I was looking for before I made the purchase. They gave me a great price on both the part and delivery to my house. I would definitely do business with them again. Thank you!

Reasonable prices and good selection of Ford parts. Used tire selection was unorganized but I was able to find the size I needed. Employees were friendly, helpful and able to quickly remove the fender I needed. Limited selection of European cars but you can call ahead to see what they have.

For used tires of course buyer beware but I just bought a tire from them about a month ago and they told me it was a tire that was already mounted had air in it I only said Mom months later and I found it flat this morning I got a hole in the sidewall top of the sidewall where it cannot be fixed and that would have been a tired should never been able to hold there to start with now I'm paying another 30-some bucks for a tire I paid $60 for that one so watch yourself

They are lucky I can't choose less then 1 star. Man this place charged me a fee for a part I didn't even use. I returned the exact same part they gave me and they are accusing me of damaging it because it didn't have any markings on it. That's their fault not mine. To accuse a customer of damaging parts and trying to return them blows my mind. I would never buy from them. The excuse for the fee was "it's on the invoice". I was never told this when I bought it. I could have returned it before they took it off the shelf and I would have been charged. If they are going to sneak charges like that to a customer who knows what else they're doing.

Had a flat tire on my tire. And needed a tire badly. They let me go look for on a rim. I wasn't sure of the lug pattern. But he sold me the tires so cheap I got two. The second one fit. It saved my day. Great place!

Been chasing payment from this company since September currently owes me over$2300 in past due invoices and is refusing to pay. Claims "Lost checks" or "Call me next week". Can afford to fly to Florida but not to pay his bills. DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT TO THIS COMPANY!!

Do NOT buy any used parts from St Francis Auto Parts unless you are planning to install within 60 days. It doesn't matter if you are a business. We quoted a customer based on a used engine from St Francis AP, and they wanted us to do the work. knowing we wouldn't be able to put it in for a month or so, but to guarantee the price, we purchased the used engine. When we installed engine, we found the engine was JB Welded and had make shift brackets. We decided to transfer parts from original engine instead of re-pulling used engine and trying to return it. It was just over 90 days from purchase date that we got the engine back in the car to find out that the block was cracked. St Francis Auto Parts would not stand behind it because we were past our 60 day warranty.

Spoke with RICK about purchasing a RV. When I spoke to him, he informed me that he was not available the same day (although it was between his business hours). Instead, he advised me to come the next day and we agreed on meeting at 1pm. At that time, I disclosed that it would take me over an hour to drive to his location. Upon arriving at his place of business ON TIME, with a 7-month-old and a 3-year-old, a woman told me that he was not there and had sold the RV. He didn't even have the decency to call me and cancel our appointment.

Poor customer service. With not being informed. It took three DAYS to get my part. I am 35 MILES away. With a customer waiting for there part. If I would have known this I would have picked it up myself. I will not do business with them again!
