They were awesome with helping me get good tires and also help me out to local garages to get the tires put on my vehicle. I definitely appreciate all the help .

Doesn't tell customers he offers extended warrantys on anything you buy there.

Ordered a transfer case that supposed to had low mileage but when received it looked all beat up, so grimy and rusty. Also a lot of silicone gasket material around it like it had been repaired before. My mechanic wouldn’t even use it. Looked like it had 200k on it not 50k. I returned it and they gave me 18 bucks out of 132.00 rude customer service.I placed order over phone then they tell me upon return there is 25% restocking fee but never told me that upfront plus I eat shipping both ways. I wouldn’t have known that until I got mailed the part with the receipt. Watch this place

Bollman's place is absolutely awful! We tried to return a transmission that was faulty. Unfortunately, we lost a receipt. And when I called them to ask for a copy so we could return it. Woman on the phone said that it wouldn't be a problem. However, when our driver got there, they refused to give us a refund without a receipt! Unbelievable! Such a dishonesty! I would never buy anything else from them.

I am not sure what these peoples problem are with the woman here but I didnt have any issues at all. There seems to be one person creating multiple posts under a different name.Those complaining clearly dont know her nor her personal life and no one knows what she may go through on a daily basis nor what she has endured on in her life so dont be so quick to judge!Treat people with respect, you get it back. Try to get to know someone before you cast judgement on someone.My personal dealings with her was that she was very nice on the phone and in person. She was up front and honest. I called her for an engine and it was ready to take home when I arrived.No issues, no problems. I plan to do a lot more business with Bollmans Auto Salvage and would recommend to anyone in need of affordable and quality prices!Frankie

VERY UNHELPFUL!!! I WORK FOR A COMPANY THAT DOES NOTHING BUT ORDER PARTS FOR SERVICE FACILITIES. THIS COMPANY IS BY FAR THE WORST IVE EVER COME IN CONTACT WITH. TERRIBLE AT LISTENING, KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT VEHICLES AND THE PARTS THEY SELL, OFFER NO WARRANTY FOR THE PARTS THEY SELL AND GENERALLY ARE JUST AWFUL

Awesome salvage yard. They pulled what I needed and called me back when it was ready for pickup. When I got there my parts were waiting for me. The girl at the desk was so friendly and did not charge me a core fee because my replacement part were a different type of wheel. She was awesome.

This place needs a new secretary or she needs to take a few classes on manners. Possibly a psychological evaluation and a counselor to understand why she hates the world and her job.I've never had such a bad experience with any place as I have with this business.She has been rude from the word go.Ordering a transmission, she claims it can't be delivered to the shop our vehicle is in & only to the address listed on credit card. When arrangements were made to have it shipped to my home address then more money paying to have it delivered to shop where our truck is..she now is refusing to ship it completely.She wont even let us speak to owner claiming he isn't in.What a sham of a place with an entitled, good for nothing, lady who..."answers phones".To bad she hates her life because she alone is running business away.

They were the most unfriendly people I ever dealt with.. They charged me 239 dollars for a 10 mile tow on a Saturday morning..I had a vehicle towed 120 miles and it only cost 400 dollars on a Saturday night..These people are unfair and plain out to take your hard earned money.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SALVAGE YARD WAS REPULSIVE THE LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE CLAIMING TO BE THE OWNER SCREAMED AT ME BECAUSE I HAVE AN IDAHO NUMBER AND WAS ASKING FOR A GAS TANK.(THEY DONT SHIP GAS TANKS) WHEN I TOLD HER THAT I WAS LOCAL AND ASKED HER FOR THE VIN NUMBER OF THE VEHICLE I WAS INQUIRING ABOUT SO I COULD MAKE SURE THE PART WAS A CORRECT FIT FOR MY CAR SHE REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME. "I DONT FEEL COMFORTABLE GIVING YOU THE VIN" I AM REPORTING THIS TO THE BBB. THIS WOMAN WAS RUDE AND HAD THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS OF AN EIGHT YEAR OLD. I AM SUPRISED THIS COMPANY IS IN BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE LIKE HER WORKING THE PHONE IT WILL BE AMAZING IF THEY STAY IN BUSINESS LONG.
