Called for a F250 Seat in good condition the one. They say they did have one in GOOD condition. Had to pay 310 before even seeing it. I arrive next day and it is the dirtiest ripped seat. No refunds... RUDE staff. NO one wearing a mask except the one decent not rude not useless staff was the lady in the office. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE let it fail their staff is rude. I informed that is disgusting and it is not worth 310 it has rips stains covered in dirt and slime. HOW DO YOU ALLOW YOURSELF TO RIP OFF CUSTOMERSService: Part finding & extracting

I haven't had a good service like this since a long time. Lidia helped me with a part that was listed, she organised shipping it to Montreal, and even took care of cleaning the part since it was very dirty without me even asking. I love Boston's, they're very friendly , Professional and they know what their talking about. Also very resourceful if you need a part and they don't have on hand they'll most certainly point u in the right direction to get it. The Family owned and operated business and Great staff will make u feel welcome and not treat u as a dummy like other places I feel try and do last but not least the guy n the back stripping all the cars knows what he's doing & doesn't butcher the parts he takes em out correct so every plug wire etc is clean, #1 in the business I can assure you that his name is Billy or The Wildman ha ha he likes that. Great selection of quality, affordable parts - I've been coming here for years and have been able to get parts for both my domestic and import vehicles. They also have a good selection of both winter and all-season tires. Great family business, the staff here are patient and very knowledgeable. Also one of Toronto's best places for an espresso believe it or not!

I have recently bought a AC compressor from Boston auto wreckers but i asked them before i bought the part. if such compressor is in working condition then the lady that answer the phone said "we have ONE AND and it is tested and in working condition", and going by their word I bought the AC compressor, got it installed in my car and guess what, when started the car engine and get the AC compressor to work , their Compressor just failed miserably, the Tracer liquid which is added to this unit and it is green in color was all over the floor, this tells me that the Compressor was DEFECTIVE, it has LEAKS, then I when back to Boston and they were willing to exchange the defective unit but after the bad experience i went through, i guess the trust factor was not there any more, and something boston owner did not understand because he did not, was that to replace the defective unit they sold me first and to install the questionable one they were willing to give me, was going to cost me another $250. so i left and did not take the replacement, I will never buy used part again, at least from any of these type of businesses.Service: Part finding & extracting

WARNING!Purchased a used LSA motor on May 5 2020 for $10,920. Motor installed May 26. Drove 2,500KM until the car started to experience problems (May 26-June19). Took the car off the road, it was off the road for 2 months while we diagnosed the issue (separate issue). When the car was working again, drove it 2 days and the engine failed. They won't cover any costs with the failed engine. The car was on the road for 26 days total.*Outside the 30 day "warranty" window. "You should have called within 30 days."Offered NO resolution.

They are a bit more expensive than your average used auto parts store. But it's definitely a great place to buy parts if in stock. They're typically 30 to 40 percent more expensive. Mike is nice on the phone, the girl there has a bit of an attitude. overall i recommend them, although there's mixed feelings.
