I see so many negative comments below. I pulled up and handed my docs over to the lady in the window and that was that. How did all of you catch conflict with staff? Also the payments y'all talking about is false. They didn't charge me anything other than what I had to pay. Y'all had me going there thinking I'd pay $1000 or more cause they kept my vehicle on Sunday. What I'm concluding is that some of y'all was rude and thought they wouldn't push back.

Extremely over priced! Camp was called by police when I had gotten ill while driving and ended up in a ditch. My car had to be winched out of the ditch then towed ONLY 4.5 miles to their yard. I was charged $807.00. The car was only in the yard from around 7pm that night until it was picked up at 11am the next morning. I was charged $90 for 2 days storage, $150 to tow, $450 for labor, $50 admin fees, 3% surcharge for credit card and tax. Remember their name and beware!

So I was going to write this review a few months ago but things happened and I couldn’t get around to it. My car got towed to this location and when I came here to check on it because insurance was taking awhile to pick it up, the location was sus and the man who showed me where my car was parked was also a bit strange. Didn’t think anything of it. I had a lot of items and personal belongings in my trunk including 2 pairs of balenciaga sneakers. They were the same color one pair was just a size bigger. So When I got my car back I took everything out to bring into my house and I realized that I only had two left shoes. The right ones were nowhere to be found. I thought That was strange then I realized someone stole a pair thinking they got away with a brand new pair of balenciagas meanwhile they didn’t notice there were TWO pairs and they accidentally took two of the same right shoes. 1. You’re an idiot and 2. You’re lucky I didn’t press charges. Don’t go here. There’s plenty of other tow companies in the area
