Great place, very help. I purchased a battery from them for a small fraction of the price as major chains and it was brand new. Later needed 2 rear view mirrors, I called every salvage yard in the area. Half of them didn’t have any available and the other half wanted $30-$50 more. Not to mention, no one but Alpha told me that I needed a specific one that had lights inside. They were willing to let me buy them without making sure I had the correct ones just to get a sale. Alpha made sure I had the correct ones, as well as matched the color of the mirrors base, to the color of my car. Staff was quick, efficient and very helpful. Being a woman can be a disadvantage in these circumstances, but they did not use that as a reason to take advantage of me.

Call on Saturday just before closing. I was told they would be open on Sunday. Their hours on the door say open at 8:30 came from Delaware got there early sat and waited for over an hour. No one never showed up nowhere never opened the door saw a lady in the yard, but no one was ever in the office. This is a bad way to do business not good.

They tell you that they need your card to hold the order, then they charge you without you accepting the part or even seeing it. If you refuse the part, they rudely say that you can either dispute it with your card company or accept their 30% restocking fee which isn’t written anywhere on their website. Unprofessional and suspicious behavior.

Just got hung up on and told “Not here buddy” after I asked if they had a part in stock. First thing im not your buddy, second thing dont hang up on me. Third, im gonna find the part from another junkyard. I would be willing to bet the guy on the phone parts out all the bmws and sells them inflated prices on ebay. Would not be surprised with this attitude.

Needed a tail light for my Crossfire, they had one but it was unfortunately broke which they were not aware of. Luckily I needed the tail light for a project and no lense was necessary. After telling the gentleman about my situation he gave me the best deal I could ask for. With this tail light I was able to make the prototype of the first clear tail light for a Chrysler Crossfire that I’m aware of worldwide. Thank you again Cartel !
