Such great service! Missed curb side trash pick-up yesterday, driver came back today, came up my driveway to get my bin.

23 May 19: I would call before bringing in a metal door for recycling- the clerk said he would not take an aluminum foam-filled door. I don't know if a steel foam filled door would be taken, but steel is easy to identify as iron/steel rusts and also sparks under a grinder.Update 14 May 19: The site manager, Jon Skates, was kind enough to reach out and clarify that charging for larger items is intended for larger appliances and the assistance and machinery associated with moving it. He reassured me that items that can be safely moved into the Bolduc dumpster of appropriate metal content would be allowed without charge.I appreciate the follow up and recommend customers call with questions or assistance- you will be helped!

Waited on hold for 20 minutes after they opened 😕 I have felt with Casella in the past and haven’t had a good experience. I thought this time would be different. Bad service all around.
