    We were told our car would be picked up between 8am-12pm. We waited all day, called the towing company several times to be told they would pick it up the next day or day after. They finally showed up the following day in the late afternoon. Excuse was they were behind due to snow week before. I believed them. Be prepared to stick around as the towing company only gives a 1 hour notice. They dont guarantee a day or time. Towing company is separate from Cash for Cars. Tow truck guy was AWESOME and very nice. Seemed a bit tired and overworked. Very professional.Service: Vehicle purchasing
