I had a big job for Mr. Hitzfelder and his crew. It was a big clean out of a rent house. That was left very nasty and filthy. Hitzfelder was on time, courteous and got the job done and then some! They came out, I showed them what I needed hauled off - I have 20 years worth of “stuff” - I needed a specific section taken care of and was planning on having more taken off next time - they took that specific section and quite a bit more from the “next time” pile. Because of my wife’s multi ethnic family back ground we are cautious with whom we invite onto our property. In this crazy world we live in today it is imperative one be wise in their business choices.Not once has there been any negative interactions, conversations, or experiences. At my age it is important to find someone dependable, not somebody out to price gouge the elderly. With that said it is a comfort to know one can pick up the phone and call Gerald any time to do the heavy lifting and moving around the house.With that said, in several negative comments posted below besmirching this family owned and operated business is unwarranted and unfounded. Recently had Hitzfelder come out and remove some junk/trash items from my property that had been accumulating for years. From my first call to get an estimate to the minute they finished the job, I had nothing but a good experience with this company. They were very thorough and their prices were reasonable. Would highly recommend them to anyone with junk that needs removed.2021 update: Hitzfelder came back out and removed more accumulated junk and trash for us. As was our experience before, they did an excellent job. Would continue to highly recommend them.
