I feel like I just got robbed! The pickup for my car was done without me even being at the location to receive the check. I still have an unsigned title, no car, and trying to rectify this situation on my own. This company has not lifted a finger to assist as you're on your own. Buyer beware!!! Getting the quote was easy. However when it came to pick up ,.communication and customer service .. not good at all. I scheduled a 8am-12pm pick up .. they were a no show all day ... didn't get here until 330pm. No phone call to confirm the pickup, no call to inform me they were running late. With that being said when I had to call in to see what was going on, no one could figure it out . The first call I was on hold for 20, than transfered to another person who kept me on hold for 45 minutes and actually never came back... I had to hang up. Second call back, still no answers, on hold for another 15, than transferred and held for another 30 with no answers had to hang up. Than the tow truck randomly shows up no advance arrival call , they look confused on how to get It out of my driveway and than had the nerve to try and negotiate down the already set price!!!! Never again!
