David was super helpful. I was a bit skeptical about all of this. However I was walked through the entire process from beginning to end . Down to the tow company that picks up the vehicle. There was a few reviews I’ve seen where people had issues with the day of pick and that was what worried me most. However it was smooth and seamless.
