I was nervous about how the heck they were going to get my disabled van out of the tiny garage stall at my apartments without damaging the garage but, I couldn't have asked for better! The guy they sent out was professional, kind and careful but very fast! I didn't get as much cash as another company had offered but customer service matters more to me than an extra $20. I will keep the Ham Lake location in mind and refer all of my friends and family to them!
