I would definitely go through cash for junkers again and I will recommend them to anyone who needs to get rid of a vehicle that's not worth selling. It was so easy and the offer I got was very reasonable and I was paid in cash. The gentleman who came to pickup my van was very nice and he did a great job getting it out of the garage especially for the fact the garage was at an angle and there was no way he could back straight up to it and for the fact that the van wasn't running and had a flat tire. I was very impressed!

The guy that answered sounded tired/bored and when I asked a few questions he used a rude tone, speaking slowly to me like I was stupid. I told him there was no need to be rude and hung up. The guy called me back twice to complain at me for hanging up, claiming he hadn't been rude. Such a joke, I'm trying to give you my business, it's not that hard to have a little customer service and treat people kindly.
