Most always have what I need and the odd time they order in super fast for me. Staff is great, knowledgeable. Its great there open on weekends and most holidays as that is when I usually work on things. Cheers

Wasn't too impressed with the service upon arrival at their front desk to inquire about a part a friend of mine had purchased earllier that day. Now because I wasn't the one who made the call or needed the part I wasnt aware of the details of the purpose. I figgured having the purchasers name (like I would at every other parts store) that THAT would be enough but apparently it was the MY problem with THIER offices DISORGANIZATIONAL PROBLEMS!!

Some of the staff are terrible. Arrogant and don't know what they are talking about. This is an ongoing issue with this business for as long as I can remember. They are usually my last resort, but the treatment today was out of line beyond comprehension. I spend 1-2k a year on parts and I now will try harder than ever to not give them a dime.
