I have been going to CMC for many years. Never had any issues with them. They have always been fair and friendly. Great place!! Beats all the other scrap yards by far.

I have been here a handful of times and staff seems extremely friendly and helpful. Payouts were great and location is easy to get to. You will be surprised at the money you can get from scrap metal around your house. Old pool ladders, trampolene pieces and soda cans add up! Thank you CMC! Out of the six times I have been cheated on metal type no such thing as clean alumen and or short iron to them and and today I send my old lady by herself and told her burnt copper is dirty an an got $8 for a full 5 gallon bucket recommend going to 7th Street they're like the emerald Kingdom of Joplin scrap

Very neatly organized recycling center. Busy but not chaotic For what seems to be a small space to work in. I say the staff as a whole utilize their surroundings very well and in a very safe manner . My hat is off to everyone that works there! S.w.p.

Friendly customer service here. If this is your first time selling scrap metal I would reccomend you come here. They make the process super easy and explain it as you go.

I am always treated with respect. Today I want to brag on Kim. I took a load of what I thought to be just "scrap" she caught that I had some copper and explained to me how to keep it separate. I find this place to be so honest. They will keep my buisness!

First time there,i live in Ft Scott Ks a friend told me about about CMC he said its worth going the extra miles if you have enough to sell.Have not been to happy with Advatage Metals in FtScott ,there is one person who works there who doesnt seem to like people to bring metal in .I like to burn off the copper wire you cant do that in Ks .CMC pays more for copper than anywhere i can see.Its always fun and exciting to go to a new place and find out they are fair minded,decent people working there.I recommend this scrap yd to everyone.If you have copper wire make sure its doesnt have any insulation left on it because you cant clean it inside the building
