I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service. I called in Friday to see if they had a certain part, and I was told they did so I told him I would be in on Monday to purchase it. I show up Monday and the woman had no idea I even called previously, no note of it, had to call someone else to even find out where the vehicle was on the property. I waited about 2 hours with no update except once and I had to ask, and was just told "he's getting it" The part should have been ready for pick up when I arrived, as I gave a 3 days notice. They must only have good service to people they know. Do NOT recommend!

Sadly I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else their towing service may be on top but their salvage yard not so great. Trying to get any answers is like pulling teeth from a Lions mouth. Just sad. And I still will never have all the answers I needed.

I don't visit salvage yards too often, but I've seen a few in my day. Nothing absolutely spectacular about this one, but the owner is a nice person and was good conversation while the puller went to find a part. Price was reasonable IMHO as well.Another good thing about this visit/operation was that when I look at the part and told them it wasn't the right one, they sent the puller back with better instructions and we got the right thing pulled the 2nd time around.
