Would Not Recommend, and here is why...<br><br>•High Prices,<br>-Buyer fees are unrealistic compared to other Auto Auctions. Lots of hidden fees added after the time of purchase.<br>-They also UP-Bid against the buyer on items they want to get more money for.<br>-They sometimes take a few days to decide if they will accept your Bid price but as soon as they accept your offer, they will charge you $5 each day and than increases to $25 per day and after a few days they charge $50 per day even on vehicles they sell without having the titles for them from the seller.<br>-Dishonest negotiations between Sellers & Buyers.<br>-Condition reports are NOT accurate and very misleading. Sometimes you will find dents and scratches that are not there at the time of presentation of sale listing but probably caused by Facility staff.<br><br>Poor CustomerService,<br>-Very rude,<br>-Don't seem to care about helping customers with paperwork,<br>-Sell some vehicles without titles, Others that have titles they fail to mail titles and intentionally delay the transactions and administrative task.<br>-They make Men & Women use the same Restoom and the same time without proper way to lock the door. Restroom is located around the back of the office building also very dirty and unkempt. Even missing hardware like latches and towls to dry hands, sometimes no soap.<br><br>Too much to list.... Do not recommend doing business here.

Be very careful when you have to have this place pick up your vehicle per insurance well I’ll state my van only needs a headlight a radiator a bumper and a door you would think easy replace right wrong they wanna total out my sprinter van but before I was even talked too they cleaned my van out started it when they shouldn’t have (reason for the tow so it wasn’t started until fixed) and had the nerve to list it for auction what happened to it being looked at what happened to my being told if it’s a total loss or if it can be fixed if it’s a total loss shouldn’t I have a quote on pay out before it’s listed for sale no to all of these I even called and asked if they could mail my custome autism awareness plate to me they said yes but someone needs billed ok that’s fine I asked how much I was told idk id have to print the label first call and ask your insurance so we did and they are having it mailed but why go through all that when I am willing to pay myself why and how is this lot getting away with showing off things that don’t belong to them upcoming or not it’s very illegal to post someone else’s personal belongings up for sale when they don’t own it I DID ASK THEM TO REMOVE they told me no so in a week if I don’t have any more info and my van is still listed against my wishes then I will be looking to find legal action this place should be shut down for their laziness and corruption
