Customer Service at the checked out counter is unprofessional. The Howard County Officer who is working there part-time has no customer service for the customer who are spending their hard earn money. Customer are not criminals. But when you have a person charging the incorrect price for a item , imaging how many people this guy over charge. Its no way this guy can remember every price of a item , so he just say price and we pay for it. integrity".integrity"integrity".

They over price stuff. The guy at the check out was charging me for stuff like they were new. The last two times I went different person at check out. And over pricing stuff. Specially when is small stuff. Like i needed a mirror Guy was charging $11 when autozone was 10 or less Then i went back for center hub cab guy was charging $3.99 when they are $3 new.

They have a terrible old man as a tire breaker. He looks tired and would discourage you not to buy tires simply because he doesn’t want to break the tires off the rims. If you insist he would intentionally spoil. I had a very bad experience with the old dude
