I was told to get a tire from them to replace a tire with a hole in it. They overcharged me and when I brought it to be put on my car, the manager said it was worse than the one they took off! Don't trust them.**To your response to me, I definitely do not have the wrong place.

Wow I just talked to a guy over there they take recycled batteries and pay you for them what a pleasure to talk to somebody that doesn't have an attitude which I typically find. You guys definitely got five stars in my book thank you for being five stars.

Very easy to work with. Went down late in the day around 4pm to ask about getting my car picked up from a gas station. They went same day to pick it up when the other junk yards said they could take it sometime in the next two days. They offered an amount in the same ballpark as the other places I called and even let me take a couple things out of it once they got it back to their shop. I would definitely work with them again if the unfortunate circumstance arises that I need their services.

Called Dell to pick up an old car with 230,000 miles that I needed to junk. It served me well since 1997 and owed me nothing. Their service was great, said they would come in about an hour....and they did......and also received a very fare amount for hauling it away as junk. I would use Dell again, thanks

Definitely did not get the value for the metal I gave them. I used them out of convenience. I usually use lajoie in Norwalk which would have paid around 40 to 50 dollars. Here I got 6 dollars. Well I learned and will drive to Norwalk when I have scrap metal. They were nice enough and courtesy but 6 dollars for a trunk full of aluminum they called steel. Yea I got ripped off. Live and learn I guess
