Last year I moved to Kamloops, from South Surrey. My TR3 needs work, so Don's Towing was hired. to get it safely lowered, and into the garage. My dad passed in '95, and one day I will have his car back on the road. Driver was professional, and kind, great beginning to a new home and community!

Well, I lost my baby, she got beat up by a Suzuki that had lost her sence of direction. Tried to turn across an intersection with traffic flowing freely across. Most unfortunate my Chrysler 300c Heritage classic, that I had just purchased 5weeks prior, happened to be crossing that very intersection when she was hit…yes, when they told me my car was being written off, I cried. According to my sources, I.C.B.C. will write off any vehicle 10yrs or older. Man…the air bags didn’t even go off, and my car, my baby, is gone. (maybe I’ll write a country song) lol. As for Don’s Auto Towing? A friendly staff, a clean towing yard, and the ability to access your car once it’s been towed without having to fork over handfuls of cash, are all solid points in favor of this business. Knock on wood, you’ll never their services…but if you do, your in good hands. I’ve added a couple of pics of my baby…may she rest in piece.

Called Dons for a battery jump and a tow when the jump did not work. They were fantastic to deal with, very friendly, came quickly even though they were swamped. The dispatcher and driver were super friendly. Highly recommend using them. Services: Car towing, Battery

My mothers car needed a tow.These guys showed up and brought it to the new location lickity split. I was busy and so unable to supervise where the vehicle was left. It was not in a location to my liking but my elderly mother gave them the okay and the truck was already gone.However i was able to get ahold of the driver and he turned right around and came back to sort things out. Awesome guy, showed up quickly, managed to get my disconnected 4wd linkage back together, saved me lots of time and money. Super nice guy, very professional. excellent customer service! I called them at 9 pm on a freezing christmas night (dec 25) to get my car which was stucked in the snow. I got the best service ever. Irene( the dispatcher) was very professional, friendly and helpful. She got me a driver in less than 10 mins. It was very cold outside, the driver helped me pull out my car in all his ways. He was very friendly as well! I highly recommend them for their affordable price, good and quick service. Thank you Irene and the driver!!

Prompt service in adverse conditions. Truck operator was friendly, affable and knowledgeable of the vehicles issue AND more importantly where I was having the vehicle towed to. I'm just glad I had AAA to deal with the cost

dons towing will tow any vehicle you need towed. i used them to tow a car and i wasn't asked to provide any documentation to show ownership not even id. today they towed a trailer with no papers or plates. so if you need something towed yours or not these are the people to see.
