We had a fire in our rental property and had to dispose of household furniture and fire damaged items. I was not able to give them much notice to deliver a bin at the location. I was actually surprised that they had one for delivery. I prearranged a time for it to be dropped off, as I was coming from out of town , it arrived on time with pleasant delivery personnel and dropped off exactly where I had indicated. I contacted Lightning Disposal and set up a pickup of household junk for early in a Monday. I received a fair quote that was agreed upon. The truck showed up right on time and the junk was loaded up quickly and professionally by the two employees. The price was adjusted to allow for less items than was anticipated and I was able to pay online with Credit Card. Joseph and his team were fantastic - I cannot recommend Lightning Rubbish Removal enough. Over the course of my home reno I had to rent 5 bins… A few of the bins were short notice too and although I didn’t expect them to just show up on short notice, they did absolutely everything they could to make their scheduling work for me - and they did!.. they are professional, knowledgeable, fair and reasonably priced, and numerous times they went above and beyond the level of service I ever expected… Do not hesitate to use Lightning for any sort of bin rental - this is a great company!Services: Construction debris removal, Junk removal, Yard debris removal
