From speaking to the team on the phone, to having them on our property, the guys were amazing! They were conscious of our neighbour's yards(we are close quarters here for large vehicles), and they were super friendly and well mannered. The two younger guys that came with the truck were quite happy to wave at our 4 year old through the window. They cleaned up, and even fit us in for a second load. I had three large concrete fence post bases left over from a new fence installation. These post bases were very heavy and difficult to move. The two men showed on time, wearing COVID-19 masks, assessed the situation and went about removing all three pieces. No easy task. I was very happy to see them finally gone. In researching removal companies I noticed that these guys took their social responsibility seriously enough to temporarily close in order to flatten the curve of Covid-19. That alone made them a small business I wanted to support now that they are back at work, but in addition to that, the Job Squad is a pleasure to deal with. Clear, responsive communication, friendly, accommodating, flexible. Eric showed up precisely at the time agreed upon and made short work of my yard and garden debris. He checked in to make sure he was covering everything I wanted, was a cheery, hard-working and positive guy, checked again before he left to make sure I was 100% happy. Fantastic job. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely hire again and recommend wholeheartedly.
