Purchased an engine computer for a truck. The part was DOA so I called for an exchange or refund. They told me I didn't buy it there, which is funny because I actually went there to pick it up, even though I am a repair shop. If they treat commercial customers this way then I can't imagine how they handle walk in customers. I rarely write reviews, but I figure it's the only satisfaction I'll get for my money.

Gave me the wrong transmission, and when I went to return it after a 2 hour and 15 minute drive. The guy charged me a 25% restocking fee when it wasn't my fault. Had no choice, Tammy has excellent customer service skills. Brother can be an a$$

absolutely horrible.. called asked for part, claimed they had it. must've googled price of part as new and demanded that was the price i had to pay. since when do you get new parts from a junk yard? Idiot on the phone said, " guess its not for you then!".. like what kinda business are you trying to run? time before this(several years ago) i wanted 2 used tires to get by for inspection, same deal!! pay new prices for used parts... YOU'RE A JUNKYARD, NOT A DEALER!... dont understand how or why they get the business they get...

Bought a van from here. Thought they were reputable and friendly until I drove it 300 miles away a few days later. They had added a hitch for me welding it to a rusted out frame. It fell off dropping my trailer while driving 70 miles an hour in the middle Lane of the highway. I called the next day and was told I was a lier and hung up on.In the meantime the supposedly replace a break line that upon inspection hand not been done. Messed up putting new brake pads on it, of which I am currently have the work done else where. It's a junkyard run by garage, stay away!!!!!!

I bought a salvage vehicle here and he told me that the headlights worked fine and a few other little things and they didn't. And the engine had a big crack in the crankcase that I didn't find till I brought it home. So now im stuck with a vehicle with a bad engine that he said runs fine. Just make sure your parts are in good shape!!!
