I have never been in a place as bad as this one in my life. I recognize that it has everything you are going to look for but Today I went looking for a wheel for my car and when I found it everything was fine but it is not safe to be there it is dangerous if you neglect your tools for 3 seconds they are gone and when you go to make the claim to customer service they do nothing there is also a watchman who is just decoration of the place I tried to tell him what happened and he turned his back he ignored me That means they could have killed me too and they wouldn't have done anything $400 worth of tools and he disappeared They didn't even bother to help with the search for the thief as if nothing happened. I do not recommend that place to anyone.If you go it will be at your own risk NOTE: IF YOU WANT BE SAFE If you value your peace and quiet, don't go near that place, a cave with no security or guarantee of well-being. That's my humble opinion. The rest is up to you. For my part, I will never return to that crappy establishment. I curse the hour that occurred to me to go there.

Decent prices they take card it's not in the middle of nowhere and and they have an inventory online. Sometimes some interesting vehicle show up in the front 350z,Focus ST,300zx, 80s cars ect and if you have a common vehicle that's 10 years old there's probably at least a few to pull parts from

Absolutely an enormous salvage yard. Definitely one of the biggest I have ever been in. I can say this much if they don't have the part or vehicle that you are looking for then you have a very weird car. Good prices and monthly specials.

Cheap prices for what I got. But it’s a popular yard so everything was picked over. They gave me a ticket of where my cars were which was EXTREMELY helpful. Nice employees too. Would go again!

I’m not one to complain about things because that’s not what I’m about, now the whole thing with checking iD and stuff like that is expected but I’ve never had to do it before at all, me my buddy and cousin were in to try and look for some small stuff to get for our trucks, but couldn’t get past the door, my cousin is 17 going on 18 in a few months but we needed “guardian papers” or parent to be with him, my buddy and I are 20 and 23 but still nothing, now I get that there’s insurance issues with minors however it should be stated more clearly on the home page of the website, ESPECIALLY THE HOME PAGE! People aren’t looking through the website for rules, they’re either finding hours of operation or looking for parts. This company’s advertising is basic on tv and radio so their soul advertisement is word of mouth! And I’m gonna say they can do better and be more respectful to people respecting you.

Went here to get a few things for a buddy’s truck had to go back to my car 2 times because you can’t bring backpacks in even tho had I one in a day ago then I got to meet KEVIN at the front window. Who is a very unpleasant unprofessional worker. I was having a conversation with the group I had come in with and he decided to chime in and out loud call me a “pecker head” while standing in his window I then decided to call and complain but he immediately decided to hangup the phone. Very unprofessional. I’m highly disappointed as I’ve been here countless times never with a problem

0 Stars I'm a regular patron of the Pennsburg location. I drove over 2 1/2 hours to come here and had to plug a tire on the way so ran a little late. I arrived at 3:29 PM and there was one person in front of me at the gate. The woman at the front said I can't come in and they're closed. This has never happened at any junkyard I've been to. I had over $200 cash in hand to spend, what a joke. Take 5 minutes and edit your hours then. What a waste of time and gas. From the other reviews here seems like you have a legacy of being ignorant towards customers, so maybe I dodged a bullet. Have fun making.. less money? Yowza.. P.S anyone with half a brain can tell many of your glowing reviews are paid for.. if you followed the example of your other yards maybe you wouldn't have to buy reviews smh

Been coming here so long always buying parts . Lady at desk said I can bring my backpack in as long as it only has two pockets . Never been ID either . Not once with my girlfriend . Come in new security guy says I can’t have my backpack and then I get ID at the front . Guy tries telling me they ID every time but I never have been . Safe to say I’m never going back to hazleton Harry’s u pull it and will no longer be supporting them .

Went to junk my car the day before I took my car in I called to get A reference number and I told the lady I was talking to that I replace the catalytic converter and they quoted me 490 but when I took my car in and they said about my catalytic converter being an aftermarket I said I told the other person that so they couldn’t honor the price I was given so they deducted 210 off my price which is crap they should have given me what I was told I was going to get since I told them about the catalytic converter

They pay the most out of all junkyards and can pickup your car if needed to, they have a map and can ask what car you’re looking for and will tell how many of it there is. It’s my go to when o need car parts or junk cars.

Terrible place, I came to get the engine from New York, bypassing all the cars, I didn't find the right engine at the exit, my box was searched by the security guard, he found my fuses in me and forced me to pay for my thing when I told these fools that I was driving from New York to Pennsylvania to get a fuse, he replied to me that he did not have spare parts for the car at home

I called ahead stating I'm 8 months pregnant looking for a backseat for my car.... They assured me they had the vehicle on lot. Drove 2 hours, paid the fee, walked to the assigned row 3 times and the car didn't exist. Don't trust them, they're liars and will waste your time and money and not care.

Worst customer service ever i had two items a horn assembly and a reverse servo off the side of a trans mission no bigger then a base ball got to the window to pay the people were very ignorant especially the old man in the office wanted to charge me 121.50 for those two items i said im not paying that much for that reverse servo ill take the horn he said all or nothing so i took nothing and left he aske me where i got my prices i said right off ur price list i added i can get the reverse servo off ebay for 65.00 he said this isnt ebay i said ill never come back he said good
