The guy who answered the phone was rude, didn't seem to know what they had in their own yard, and quoted a price way higher than what other salvage yards quoted. The property itself is also very unorganized and difficult to navigate.

Drove two hours for a bumper they said they had and they didn't have it. While I was there, they screwed over someone who drove 3 hours to not have the engine they said they had. The guy who answers the phone maybe has a 2nd grade education and you can tell by the way he talks.
