I needed a part for my SUV, a wiper linkage. After explaining what I needed, he suggested I take a look and specified what to do to possibly make a repair instead of replacing the whole unit. Well, he was correct. I fixed the unit and it works great. Cost me nothing and took about 15 minutes to complete the job. I have got parts from Ken's in the past and never had any problems. All the parts worked with no problems. Very Friendly & knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend Kens Auto Salvage.

The gentleman I spoke to is kind knowledgeable and patient. He was able to locate the part I needed quickly. The cost of the alternator was the lowest I was able to find after searching for two days. It was nice to receive encouragement as well. Wonderful experience

He is the best in parts and sometime when he likes you he will put the part on for you. His price for the part was good and his time to put it on was a great help for me. The side mirror, the door handle and realigning a bad door was a huge help to me and his price was great. I recommend him highly.
