0 stars if applicable. I've been only using them as a last resort. I've been here a total of 4 times. The first time the part was broken. The second time I called beforehand to make sure the part was working, it wasn't. The 3rd time I went to pick up a part and they didn't have it. The 4th time I called to place an order the guy wouldn't let me pay for the part over the phone and he said to come in anytime the part has been sitting on the shelf for 4 years and was guaranteed there. I went to pick it up. I waited awhile to be told it's not there. Once again. They don't know their inventory and promise parts they don't even have. The only actual part I've ever received was broke . Trying to run a business myself. Only thing they've helped with is wasting my gas and time.

Two times in a row I've had a part reserved and went there same day to pick it up. The first time the part numbers didn't match and the part was not compatible with my car, the second time (earlier today) I went there to pick up a reserved part. Luckily I asked to see the part before paying. When I went to see the part it had not been pulled off the vehicle yet, alright no big deal, I can wait. After 55 minutes of waiting they informed me that they did not actually have the part. Let me clarify that the staff here is awesome, they are largely nice people who did their best, but this is the second time I've been there for a part that they said they had and then it went sideways, resulting in a wasted trip.

Dangerous to even enter this place of business, as the management is too careless & complacent to even open both sides of the gated entrance and exit. I have witnessed and experienced several close calls, and have reported this safety hazard multiple times, to no avail. Lawsuit waiting to happen.

I called asking for and engine I can't remember the name of the guy who answered but he was really helpful, he even gave me some advice for my car since it's a old car I would recommend this place since their customer service is impeccable.

I don't know why the listing still has ernies on it. They were bought by lkq some time ago, although they are not listed on lkq's Web site. They are no longer self serve and instead you have to wait for employees to pull your parts. I need an axle housing and they quoted me less than anyone else then gave me an even bigger discount when I came in. I had to wait a couple days to get it pulled, but they gave me everything attached to the axle including radius arms and springs and trac bar, which was useful since I was swapping it into an older truck. I'd do business with them again.

Trash do not recommend. Sold us a broken part completely. I understand a used part but a used part should still work if I’m buying it.

This place has enough money and clearly does not need any more. Went there today 9/12/14 to get a $5 part; the always cheerful jerk behind the counter informed me that they now have a FIFTY DOLLAR MINIMUM on all of their parts if it requires them sending an employee into the yard to remove it. Really? Just tell me upfront you don't want my business instead of charging me $50 for a $5 part. The only reason this place is still in business is because of the huge amount of commercial recycling they do. They do not need to sell car parts anymore and haven't for years. They treat you like you are more of a bother to them than a paying customer. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. Oh, and if you do happen to stop in there, you almost always get a free nail, screw, metal shard or piece of broken glass in your tires from the parking lot.!

Not satisfied with the customer service, I ordered part, came in to pick it up 2 days later and they did not have it ready like they said they would.... long drive to come up empty handed.

Like any salvage yard, you wanna be careful with your tires for debris and pot holes. It was hard to find entrance door. However, due to covid, they just open a window. They actually have several salvage yards. So if they don't have it there, they can likely get it.

Asked about a windshield, was told none in stock. Then was told we don't sell windshields! Do you sell them or not? As many vehicles that you have, "There has got to be a '99 Blazer."
