Truly if I could have given them a half of star. I don't appreciate how they treated a friend of mine str8 savages. Be afraid to shop here with a warranty. Nothing is guaranteed but shopping at ernies will automatically guarantee you non working parts engines etc..buy online better protection from scammers like these ppl.. be aware be careful and please shop else where. Or like my friend you'll end up 3000 out of pocket on bad parts engines and labor cost non refundable by ernies.. LkQ is your best bet.. don't stress with this drama place.. go else where avoid this pain and lost.. not good ppl.

They were able to get exactly what I needed

Two times in a row I've had a part reserved and went there same day to pick it up. The first time the part numbers didn't match and the part was not compatible with my car, the second time (earlier today) I went there to pick up a reserved part.Luckily I asked to see the part before paying. When I went to see the part it had not been pulled off the vehicle yet, alright no big deal, I can wait. After 55 minutes of waiting they informed me that they did not actually have the part.Let me clarify that the staff here is awesome, they are largely nice people who did their best, but this is the second time I've been there for a part that they said they had and then it went sideways, resulting in a wasted trip.

Like any salvage yard, you wanna be careful with your tires for debris and pot holes. It was hard to find entrance door. However, due to covid, they just open a window.They actually have several salvage yards. So if they don't have it there, they can likely get it.

On the phone they had attitudes and lack ANY customer service skills at ALL!! Their incompetence on buying material is unsurpassed. Even face to face the folks thought they were above all. I sat in the corner watching their crooked performance. I started to chuckle when I saw a customer "TIP" the scale guy, so the scale guy would "PAY MORE" for his material. Either way, it was a great show!

I don't know why the listing still has ernies on it. They were bought by lkq some time ago, although they are not listed on lkq's Web site. They are no longer self serve and instead you have to wait for employees to pull your parts. I need an axle housing and they quoted me less than anyone else then gave me an even bigger discount when I came in. I had to wait a couple days to get it pulled, but they gave me everything attached to the axle including radius arms and springs and trac bar, which was useful since I was swapping it into an older truck. I'd do business with them again.

Not satisfied with the customer service, I ordered part, came in to pick it up 2 days later and they did not have it ready like they said they would.... long drive to come up empty handed.
