We hired Steve for the first time last year, when we first moved to Nanaimo. We had so much furniture to put together which would have taken us weeks. Steve got it done in just a few hours and he did great work! This year we ordered a shed from Costco and I contacted the Frank The Ford Team hoping to have Steve back to assemble/build it for us. He was able to book us in. Communication was easy and he looked into the shed assembly beforehand. Most people take 5-7 days to put the shed together and he said it would probably take him 1.5- 2 days. Sure enough he managed to pull that off! Our shed has been built perfectly and we are very grateful for Steve's professional work. Thank you!

We called them at nearly 4pm on a Friday afternoon and fit us in that afternoon!! Amanda was SO amazing finding out what our job entailed. When Frank arrived on time, he and his assistant not only removed our sofa bed and coffee table from our TV room, but they took off the door to remove them and put it back on afterwards. At the end of the clearance, they swept up the small pieces left behind. Thanks to your company and the excellent service provided by you, it was stress free. I called Amanda to inquire about having some furniture and misc items removed from our rental suite and within a few hours they picked it up and it was gone.
