Called looking for rare tire size for my Geo Metro and the guy was extremely helpful. They didn't have the tire but he helped me search for other makes and models that could be compatible. Really appreciated the time the employee took to help me out!

I needed a driver side fender for a Infiniti G35 Coupe and they indeed have one in good condition.They had it shipped out with plenty of bubble wrap and cardboard but in transit it was damaged. Called South Island Imports about my concern and Megan was able to quickly resolve it and gave me a refund for the fender. The customer service was wonderful!

All around good experience dealing with the staff. The part I purchased seemed a little pricey but people are not permitted to pull their own parts now due to Covid so I assume there is a small mark-up in order to cover the employee's wage. They took my name and number and promised to call me in a few days when they expected to have access to something else I was looking for. Thanks Romeo for recommending them!

Junkyard asks almost full retail price for used parts, won't budge from ridiculous pricing. I recommend you avoid this business.

Needed a front and rear bumper for my prelude (which are not easy to come by), and Mike had what I needed, plus a fender. Absolutely amazing customer service and even helped to work with my schedule for pick up. I work monday to Friday, in Victoria, so he met me there on his day off on a Saturday so I could get my parts. Even ended up picking up a fender. Extremely nice man and very accommodating. bad service and dishonest practices. I called about a body panel and talked to them twice about it. I asked about condition and was assured its in very good condition. We drive 1.5 hours each way to see the panel and find it completely smashed. They didnt bother to check, just happy to waste our time. "Dan" can't even offer an apology, just excuses why it wasnt their fault they tried to sell us a smashed panel. this is the kind of place that gives wreckers a bad name, and I've dealt with some great wreckers before.
