Came into Goodyear this morning, the store manager Nani Kaaiwela was polite, professional, and proficient. The customer before me was being very difficult; yelling, being aggressive, and Nani handled the situation in a very calm and positive manner. A++, 11/10 would hire her for my company. Also a huge thank you to Raymond the technician for helping with my car and taking the time to go over the details in layman’s terms so that I could actually understand.

Walked in and Nani, the store manager was so pleasant and happily assisted me with my tire issues. The staff was very friendly and I’m so grateful Nani was able to accommodate me last minute and they worked on my car right away as I need it for work. Will definitely be back again whenever I have car trouble. They’re highly recommended!

We are traveling on Oahu with a rented vehicle.Somehow we ended up with a flat tire. We went into Good Year, in Wainaie, for help. Robert from Waianae Good Year was so professional and yet so very easy to talk to , he kept me informed of everything that was going on with my truck , I know that he went above and beyond!! I’ve always liked the people at Goodyear but I must say Robert Enriquez made this whole experience so much more pleasant.

I had a flat late in the day. I appeared at the Waiane Store and they took care of me completely and in no time at all. Two new tires and a wheel alignment. Very please and confident in my decision

I retired from the military 7 years ago and moved here on Oahu just because of past experience. When I first arrived here in Waianae, I had bad experiences where 2 different business’s tried taking advantage of me. Then, I went to Goodyear in Waianae and was taken care of quickly and efficiently. The mechanics do their jobs well and are experienced. I always like to go and tell them afterwards thank you because it’s hard to find good honest mechanics.The customer service personnel like Robert are always ready to help and wastes no time in assisting anybody. I really like the way they treat the elderly too, straight Aloha. This is all because of great Management and that’s Nani. I never introduced myself to Nani but always saw her there taking care of business. Because of this service I’ve been a loyal customer to just this one location for 7 years now. I have used the credit card service and the towing service. It’s very assuring and relaxing knowing that my vehicle is being taken care of. I recommend this specific store to anyone. Much Mahalos!!!

Chaden at Waianae store was awesome he gave me unbelievable service. I had a flat and needed a new tire. He advised me not to drive on the donut as I was a distance away. Triple A came and replaced with the donut. Chad recommended that I go to the nearest Goodyear which was in Kapolei. He even checked that that store had my tire. I did and everything worked out. He was very patient and explained everything well to this senior citizen. It was a stressful situation for me but Chad’s demeanor kept me calm. He may think he was just doing his job but I have had many interactions in my long life and not many were as great as this experience with Chad!

Absolutely great experience!!! The customer service is impeccable! Ms. Nani, the store manager, was very accommodating and very helpful. My parents owned and operated an auto repair shop in Alabama for 40 years before they sold it and the Waianae Goodyear made me feel like I was right back at home.

Chad, Nani, Ray, & Shawn were absolutely phenomenal. Stayed past hours and took care of me right away. In and out service. First time there and I will absolutely return to this specific store. Professional and and diligent.
