I took a nose dive into a ditchlate Saturday afternoon. I had been in the process of moving and had my car loaded down. I was exhausted, cold, hungry, and at a bit over whelmed. The most horrible Towing experience I ever had! The guy on the phone was obnoxious he cussed at me the whole time and threatened to not deliver my keys since they brought my vehicle to me with the wrong keys I had to wait days before they ever brought them.

Got my car towed and was released same day I was processed at the holding cells. The officer was nice and the impound guys were fast and seem to be good people people. Had a funny mix up cause we called in and they thought someone waiting outside was us for a sec until we walked up and the 4 of us talked and had a good laugh. Gotta enjoy the little things.The cost to get my car out tho after only a few hours. People are great and friendly. My own fault for having to pay a fee tho. Most expensive joint ever and all I wanted to do was hang at the lake in a natural setting and keep to myself. Gotta just take care what needs to be done now. 😓

I put my truck in a deep ditch in about 5 to 6 inches of snow at 2:21am and on a remote stretch of state highway. . I called these folks. Took about 2hrs to get there but they were obviously busy due to the weather. The driver was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and all around professional. Had me pulled out and on the road in about 10mins.
