Call bill Errera's Auto Service and dont call happy hooker.<br>Lie number one the lady at happy hooker lied to me that they had 4 wheel drive wrecker trucks. Lie number two , they're trying to say I wanted them to do work before I got paid when I told them and I got proof that the work wasn't gonna have them come and do it until I got paid wednesday. Lie number 3 after I sent pictures in to their cell phone.The lady said they could do it and it would be a $150. then changed her mind. Seems like they pick and choose who they wanna help.Nothing but liars. I would recommend calling someone else.I called in for a winch out and asked the lady if they had 4 wheel drive wreckers, and she said yes. I Told her about my vehicle , she told me if it wasn't plowed , they wouldn't be able to get up there with twenty inches of snow on the road. My landlord plowed the next day.I sent pictures in and now she's saying , they don't have 4 wheel drive waste of my time. Now they're trying to bring a conversation mean lady Han, that my parents have to take me to work.Because my truck is stuck just to try to hurt me.All they are doing is hurting their own business by their lies.We'll be posting the whole conversation on Facebook.I had with the lady. Thank you for wasting 24 hours of my time.Will be calling other companies in the future. Looks like they're trying to cover up their lies.<br>Update<br>I cant thank Errera's Bill Auto Service enough for coming to my rescue tonight. I got my Ford F150 stuck in the snow, and I was really worried about how I was going to get out of the situation. I called them, and they responded quickly, coming out right away to help when a couple other guys was already on a call, getting another truck out of a field that got stuck Like a mile away from the guy's driveway The service was incredibly professional and efficient, and they had me out of the snow and back on the road in no time.<br>Not only did they get my truck unstuck, but they also made sure i was unstuck before they left. I was really impressed with how caring and knowledgeable the team was. This level of customer service is rare to find these days, and I truly appreciate everything they did to help me out. I wanted to give more money for there excellent service but the guy refused to take more money. They only wanted a $150 to pull my truck out of the snow. I told him I had $180 so he told me he would take that and I can keep there snow shovel that they brought , because mine broke trying to shovel the snowbank , where the truck had to come out from my landlord plowing. I was going to give them more but they refused I would have paid them five hundred because it's always called pay it forward.<br>If you’re looking for reliable and trustworthy service, I highly recommend Bill Errera's Auto Sales & Services. They have a new customer and will call them again in the future.They go above and beyond to take care of their customers!

I absolutely love the staff here, they serve you with the upmost respect as long as your not a crazy idiot. They take care of you the best you can, and you leave with all questions answered! They help you source parts if your nice and they don't have it. They will always help you as long as your kind and respectful to them, it's not hard to be nice and they have a lovely crowd and good staff. I know Everytime I come here I'm taken care of
