One of the workers Vergil and his wife Lisa went above and beyond for us. We just recently moved to Texas and so have no family here. When we were in an accident we had no one to call and no way to get to the car rental company. Vergil’s wife Lisa took time out of her Saturday to give our family a ride. We were able to go get our stuff out of the vehicle the next day with no issues. Very kind people, we are extremely grateful.

This place took advantage of me in my already suffering state, when I had been in an accident. When they came to retrieve my vehicle I had left a very expensive set of headphones in the car. When I came to retrieve my belongings they went missing and the owner of this place became very hostile towards me despite having evidence from the state trooper acknowledging that he did in fact see them in the vehicle. At the time of the accident I was un able to get my personal belongs as I had to take my son to the hospital, via ambulance . I have showen that they were in fact in my passion in my vehicle when I left my car, yet they have done nothing to remedy my situation as of so far. I would not trust this place if you your self happen to ever get into an accident.
