We are pretty new to the area, and needed a second car for my wife’s work. We called ahead of time, but ended up coming in a day early to look at the car. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Roger who had all our info ready and basically said we could take as much time as we needed to look at/test drive the car. When we got back, Roger was so helpful in informing us about different things and moving the process along. And even though our credit company took quite a few hours to sort things out, Roger waited with us every second (we talked and laughed a bunch) AND he found ways to help out anyone else who walked through the door in the meantime. He also agreed on a very affordable price for the car itself. Not only is Hershman a great used car dealership, but the people who work there are even more awesome!! Thank you Roger and Scott!!😁

Purchased a 2011 Nissan Titan from Roger today. Couldn't be more pleased with the service. After dealing with multiple dealerships for the past few months, this was the fastest and most straight forward deal we found. Roger put us in a truck that meets our needs in an afternoon, while larger dealerships have taken days of our time with no positive results. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from them, and I would definitely do business with them again. Side note: It was a two and a half hour drive (each way) for us, and it was worth it.

Buyer beware on these vehicles, staff is very nice and willing to help you and work with you during your buying experience but I don’t recommend you buy a car from them. They either don’t keep track of recalls on their vehicles or just don’t tell you and definitely don’t have them looked over very well before selling. Bought a vehicle here and fast forward a couple months down the road and the Catalytic converter fails turns out a recall was issued on this model just prior to me buying it I am just now finding this out and am right over the mileage limit sure they’ll be happy to sell you something but you’re on your own when it fails right after you buy it because they’re done with you as soon as walk of the lot. I will say during the car buying portion they were very willing to work with me when I was in a tight spot and very polite and helpful I have nothing bad to say about the staff and customer service here they were very professional but they may want to have a second thought about the mechanic who looks over these vehicles before sale the garages I have been too for quotes to fix this problem have all said “any certified mechanic should have been able to spot this coming we make our living because we notice things that are broken or going to break that most people don’t see we see this stuff every day so you can stay on the road”
